The growth of the country’s economy and therefore the market in all business activities is enabling the aggressive expansion of its sales. But this growth requires incremental liquidity as working capital. The business run the risk of limiting their growth if the liquidity needed to secure it exceeds the own generation of funds. Therefore require financial forecasts that they can visualize the incremental funds requirements well in advance, and know if they have with their own funds generated internally or manage what is necessary in the banking. In this article presents the methodology and interpretation of results in the use of two models for a quick estimate of the needs of funds, namely, the fund additional maneuver structural to sustain the increase in sales.

In this paper, sketches are given on the notion of truth as de-concealment and the "method" of Heidegger in the lecture of "The origin of the work of art". The question that allows us to open our text is: What does Heidegger intend when he asks about the origin of the work of art? From this question we will describe the Heideggerian notions of origin (Ursprung), truth (Unverborgenheit), world (Welt), earth (Erde). Finally, we will examine how these notions differ from traditional concepts and point to an area prior to metaphysics or aesthetics

This short paper is a preliminary to the research Project; That consists in studying the working conditions of Peruvian artists. Our objective in the article is present to academic community the construction of a survey guide that will allow them to delve into their employment problems. Methodologically, we continue the steps specified by the scientific methodology; This is the validation of the content through expert judgment and the application of a pilot test that determines a reliability value of α = 0.911 for the items formulated in this instrument. The survey guide combines open and closed questions in order to collect. The purpose of gathering, in addition to quantitative data, narratives of work experience.

The present research aimed to demonstrate the effectiveness of the game work method in the development of the concept of classification in infants of 5 years of the institution educational divine child Jesus, Los Olivos - 2016. The investigation was of type applied and adopts a design experimental with subtype quasi experimental of cutting longitudinal. his study proposes an approach to knowledge of disergonomic risk factors for physical load (unfavorable postures, muscle groups efforts and energy expenditure) that are present in the underground mining work and affecting working conditions to the detriment of safety and health of workers. The objective analysis was described by the REBA Method, Job Strain Index and heart rate, simultaneously applied . The objective of the study was to determine the influence of postural load management through the joint evaluation of the REBA and OWAS method in an evaluation matrix in lifting maneuvers on the reduction of musculoskeletal disorders. It was directed in a quantitative study, experimental design, applied and sample of 52 operators; the instruments were the Kuorinka Nordic questionnaire, ergonomic evaluation form, REBA and OWAS integrated evaluation matrix, ergonomic control monitoring matrix and ergonomic satisfaction questionnaire. The results indicated that the expectation of postural management at the beginning was 90.4% dissatisfaction and when jointly evaluating REBA and OWAS, 98.1% satisfaction was reached (p=0.000); Regarding medical rest due to ailments, there was 9.6% in 2019 and between 2020-2021 there was no evidence of any; while work absenteeism decreased, in 2019 it was 21.2...

The present study summarizes the validity of a multi-method integrity test developed to measure integrity and counterproductive work behaviors (CWB) in personnel selection of a Peruvian sample. This instrument has been thoroughly studied in other cultural contexts, establishing its validity in predicting counter-productive behaviors. In order to study external validity, two criteria were used: (a) The Counterproductive Work Behavior Checklist (CWB-C) and (b) a supervisor evaluation questionnaire. The criterion validity of the Peruvian Spanish version was studied with a sample of 194 employed students, 86 male (44.3%) and 108 (55.7%) female. Participants were recruited from a large private Peruvian university. The instrument’s overall score correlated with self-reported CWB (r= -.62, p <.01). The new Public Procurement Law introduces the Dispute Boards as a new settlement ofdisputes and contestations during the contractual execution of the work phase. The present article works, in the first place, the framework of public procurement and the controversies that are originated in the matter. Then, it will expose the development of the Dispute Boards in other countried and their characteristics. Finally, it concludes identifying the type of Dispute Boards that is being adopted in Peruvian law, showing his vantages and disadvantages.

The review focuses on the most relevant methods in free and paid databases, in English and Spanish. Most of the works deal with methodologies based on artificial intelligence, such as expert systems, fuzzy logic, machine learning, data mining, neural networks, genetic algorithms. El presente artículo corto es preliminar del proyecto de investigación que consiste en estudiar las condiciones laborales de los artistas peruanos. Nuestro objetivo es presentar a la comunidad académica la construcción de una guía de encuesta que permita ahondar en la problemática laboral de los mismos. Metodológicamente se siguieron los pasos precisados por la metodología científica; esto es la validación del contenido mediante juicio de expertos y la aplicación de una prueba piloto que permitió determinar un valor de confiabilidad de α = 0.911 de los ítems formulados en este instrumento. La guía de encuesta combina preguntas abiertas y cerradas con la finalidad de recabar además de datos cuantitativos, narrativas de la experiencia laboral.

The cation exchange capacity (CEC) of soil is an important parameter since it is an indicator of the fertility and physicochemical quality of the soil. There are several methods to find and estimate the CEC of soils. This work aims to compare the direct ammonium distillation method and the exchangeable base summation method based on the analysis of 65 samples taken from 0 to 0.20 m depth of soils in the northern and western areas of Honduras. Initially, the analyses of pH, % organic matter, % clay, and exchangeable bases (Ca, Mg, K, and Na) extracted with ammonium acetate at pH 7.00 were carried out. In addition, they were determined by atomic absorption, exchangeable acidity (H and Al), extracted with 1N KCl determined by titration. I attempt here a revision about some methodological problems and research strategies with reference to some of my recent work (2010, 2009a y 2009b, 2008) in intertwined fields of ethnohistory, social history and microhistory. The general chosen procedure to facing challenging and complex documentation, was to use simultaneously various methodologies provided by modern historiography and anthropology. So, we use for example the so-called thick description (Geertz) and the ethnography of history (Sahlins) —with few o almost no use in Andean studies tradition— along with the more «normal» hermeneutic documental procedures and also the indiciary deduction of the microhistory of C. Ginzburg.
