Einer der am häufigsten verwendeten Mechanismen in Geräten und Maschinen ist die Viergelenkkette. Dieses Getriebe hat viele Verwendungsmöglichkeiten: Verriegelungszangen, Hebebühnen, Frontlader, Aufhängung von Fahrrädern usw. Alle diese Beispiele sind Starrkörpersysteme, jedoch gibt es heutzutage auch nachgiebige Mechanismen, die Festkörpergelenke statt der konventionellen Kopplungen (Stifte, Gleitgelenke, Schubgelenke usw.) verwenden. Objective: To analyze the scientific evidence available on the external and internal distractions of the health worker and worker during the workday. Mining activity in its different stages and operations generates considerable amount of waste material in waste rock dumps and tailings dams. They are characterized by their high metal contents, lower pH and insignifi cant amounts of organic matter. For a correct management of these wastes, in our case neutralization sludge’s and fl otation tails, its necessary to use evaluation mechanisms that help to predict the potential risk of contamination of environment, that is the main reason why the present work was developed: The fi rst part concerns sequential chemical extraction where speciation is evaluated and the kinetics of leaching to predict the time and the mobility of chosen elements. Both provide information about the availability of metals in certain environmental conditions.

Moreover, based on his civil law knowledge and applying what be had learned from the Council of Trent, and without forgetting his Deep spirituality, he knew how to live out a daily lije of faith in the fulfillment of God's will by helping the others according to the demands of his temporal context.That is why we begin with a briefbiography and then we will study his pastoral method, in other words his work plan which is based right on the Gospel, in its teaching, sanctifying and governing roles, as a good pastor, obedient and faithful to God's love and to that of others to whom he always showed humanly and honorable treatment in order to win their salvation.
