The variables of organizational culture and occupational well-being have gained greater relevance, which is why workers must be familiar with these concepts. In the analyzed higher education institute, it was observed that an environment conducive to the development of staff capabilities is not fostered, negatively impacting occupational well-being. This generates an unmotivating work climate, making it difficult to develop a sense of belonging to the organization. Therefore, the study aimed to determine the relationship between organizational culture and occupational well-being among teachers at a higher education institute in the city of Arequipa in 2025. Ésta investigación tuvo como finalidad determinar la incidencia de la Inteligencia Emocional en el Desempeño Laboral de los trabajadores de una entidad bancaria, Arequipa, 2019, como aporte relevante para crear línea de base de gestión en ésta institución.Tuvo un carácter mixto (cualitativo y cuantitativo), tipo fundamental, diseño no experimental-transversal y de alcance correlacional. Se utilizó el método inductivo. The extensive research into the risks associated with unethical artificial intelligence aimed to highlight emerging problems with new technologies without proper oversight. Implementing a qualitative methodology, interviews were carried out with 10 young people from Toulouse Lautrec in Chacarilla. The results showed a growing concern about the use of digital tools, especially applications based on artificial intelligence, and revealed an alarming increase in cases of scams and false information on the internet. The objective of this investigation was to define the relationship between administrative management variables and work performance in teachers of the "Andenes de Chilina" Educational Institution,Arequipa, 2020. Methodologically, it is a pure research, also known as fundamental. The research level was correlational, in which the relationship between the two variables under study was determined. Objective: Identify the relationship between transformational leadership and job performance in the collaborators of a institute of education private higher in the city of Arequipa, Peru, 2024. Materials and methods: The study was of a basic type, of non-experimental design and a cross-sectional section; besides, it also had correlational scope and was developed under a quantitative approach. The population consisted of a total of 58 collaborators and as data collection instruments is worked with two questionnaires, one for each variable; both instruments were validated by expert judgment.
