This article presents a line of analysis that discusses international law and international politics with key elements such as the importance of the history of both peoples involved in this conflict. The main question the author tries to pose to the reader is: to what extent in this controversial historical conflict have international organizations been fulfilling their roles, taking into account the legal framework that legitimizes them? This article analyzes the repercussions on journalistic activity of the regulatory measures adopted by the United States and Europe to protect privacy in the use of drones. Similarities and differences between the adopted regulations are evaluated. It is observed that in the United States recommendations are generally chosen, in which drone user´s willingness prevails over third parties´ right to privacy. However, there are exceptions, such as the cases of the states of Texas and California, where the use of drones without proper authorization is considered a violation of the right to privacy. In Europe, the regulations are applicable to all member countries, and the system provides more guarantees, considering the principles of necessity and transparency.

The industrial faculty posgrade unit of UNMSM (UPG) since 2007 had an accelerated growing in programs and students, in this scenario, the academic - management system was not enough to the higher education modern approach, generating the next question: What kind of quality management design is appropriate and how to must be implemented at the UPG taking as a base the ISO 9001 standard?. In order to answer this question, the work team applied concepts like continuously improvement and the process map analysis ; having as a result the validation of the System Management of Academic – Administrative Quality in two academic semesters.

In recent decades, global capital ceased to be a system supported by the production of material goods, to become a sustained speculative system in a financialized world, where trust has become a tradable asset. What do we understand by a financialized world-system? How is the financialized world-system related to the theory of the coloniality of power? How does Aníbal Quijano's thinking impact the understanding of the increasingly accelerated changes in Latin America and the global south? Questions that try to unravel the changes that are interrelated with coloniality, dominance, racism, the power exercised not only factual but also symbolic and cultural, which continues to recreate the colonialized thought of the social subject, in addition, the decipherment of the epistemic of information to achieve the emancipation and structural independence that Latin America needs.
