This study assesses the effectiveness of programs aimed at preventing and legally addressing sexual violence in Ecuadorian educational institutions. A quantitative and descriptive approach is employed, using surveys to collect data from parents whose children have been victims of sexual violence. The results indicate that legal assistance programs increase formal reports and provide emotional support to victims. The need for comprehensive programs is emphasized, and improvements in preventive measures and legal procedures are proposed. The study underscores the importance of legal counseling in combating sexual violence in educational contexts in Ecuador.

A quasi-experimental study was carried out with the objective of determining the effect of a neuropsychological intervention program on academic skills in reading, writing and mathematics in a group of first grade girls and boys of primary school at the Cadena Las Playas educational institution. municipality of Apartadó, Antioquia, Colombia, aged between 5 and 6 years, belonging to a low socioeconomic condition. Two groups were formed, the experimental and the control, each with 19 students. Measurement tests in reading, writing and arithmetic were applied to each participant. This study evaluated the online implementation of a positive psychological intervention for retirees during the COVID-19 pandemic in Brazil. A mixed longitudinal design with pre-post-intervention and implementation process evaluation was used. Thirty convenience retirees aged between 52-87 years participated (M=65.13; SD=9.22). The instruments were: a sociodemographic questionnaire, visual analog scale, program and sessions’ evaluation form, and moderator’s field diary. Participants’ mood improved after the themes: values and self-care, optimism, empathy, meaning of life, and work. The best evaluated relaxation technique involved elements of Mindfulness and the most used contents were Gratitude and Empathy. This article presents an experience carried out by the faculty of the third year of the Infant Education degree at the Ramon Llull University in Barcelona (Spain). A proposal for multidisciplinary intervention that joins two modules: one for arts (musical, corporal, visual, and plastic education) and another for sciences (mathematics, and experimental and social sciences). The intervention stems from a generating idea—the book “Alice in Wonderland”—which allows for connections between the contents of the modules, involves co-teaching, multidisciplinary work, and shared evaluation experiences. The aim of the study is to get to know the perception of the participating faculty about the changes in the didactic components involved in the experience. Setting: Cayetano Heredia National Hospital, Lima, Peru. Participants: Nulliparous women subjected to cesarean section. Interventions: Medical records of 160 nulliparous women atended for cesarean deliveries at term during 2011 were reviewed. Data were statically analyzed with STATA V10.1 for Windows program. El presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional consistió en la aplicación de un programa a un niño de 7 años con diagnóstico de TDAH. Este estudio tuvo como objetivo general incrementar el nivel de eficacia atencional y como objetivos específicos mejorar la percepción visual y la eficiencia atencional mediante técnicas cognitivas conductuales, gimnasia cerebral, discriminación visual y actividades lúdicas. Para su evaluación se realizó la comparación de un pre-test y post-test mediante el Test Percepción de diferencias Caras - R. Our objective was to analyze the effect of a regular physical activity program on the verbal and visuospatial episodic memory on mentally healthy elderly Chileans. Participated 74 elderly women without cognitive impairment – divided into an intervention group = 34 elderly women, who carried out physical activity for six months; and a control group = 40 sedentary women. We used the Rey Auditory Verbal Learning Test (RAVLT), and the Rey Complex Figure Test (RCFT) for the evaluation of the episodic memory. Through such a project, there existed the goal of making the pre-Hispanic building come closer to the community. El caso correspondió a un adolescente de 13 años, estudiante de segundo de secundaria, que vivía en un entorno familiar constituido, pero con barreras en su comunicación efectiva.
