This research seeks to spread the use of the Single minute exchange of die (SMED) tool. According to the literature reviewed, there are few investigations where this tool is applied in companies in the food sector. The objective of the study is to conduct an analysis of the research carried out on the implementation of the SMED tool in the food industry. A systematic review of the literature was implemented, 3 categories and 7 study subcategories were formed to analyze 30 articles published between 2015 and 2021. It was found that 64% of the articles were concentrated between 2017 and 2019, and that 43% were made in Latin America. This article presents a theoretical equation set based on the information interactions that result in experiential learning. We attempt to link our equation set to the Uppsala Internationalization Process model in order to quantify information overload and operationalize the Uppsala model under longitudinal time series settings. This article addresses the issue of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and its importance as an administrative system planning and management of the materials required for the production processes of a company. The objective of this research is to present proper procedures and recommendations for the implementation of MRP in SMEs through simplified explanations for successful implementation. Finally, the benefits obtained in a particular case and conclude that the MRP, when properly used are presented, provides a solution for SMEs in areas such as minimizing inventory costs and supply at the required time.

The design considers the modeling of the plant through analog techniques of system identifi cation. It is used in controller design algorithm discrete digital PI controller that is running the process controller used. Considered for the design specifi cations of closed loop time response primarily to obtain a settling time line that you can be met without exceeding the range of the control signal that can deliver the process controller used. This research analyzes the distribution of a poultry plant, with defined processes and established areas. However, it has been proven that the poultry production process can optimize its processes by redistribu ting it, applying the SLP (Systematic Layout Plan- ning) methodology. In addition, the purpose is to take the process to a second level of improvement with process automation. Initially, the plant plans were analyzing in detail, these allowed us to visualize which areas should be improved. Then, the DAP (Process Activity Diagram) was analyzed, where the activities are identified for the plant process. The commercial sector currently has high demands for fast and accurate delivery of orders; however, there is a trend of increasing customer dissatisfaction that directly impacts product returns; this is mainly related to the logistics process of warehouse management. Therefore, a model was developed using the Lean Warehousing methodology and analysis tools, including Poka Yoke, 5S, Standard Work, Multi-criteria ABC, and Kardex. The case study is about an SME footwear importer and trader in Peru. A model was developed to improve the underperformance of correct and on-time delivery orders (OTIF). The research has shown that, in Peru, public institutions have a deficient service in document management, as a result, it generates loss of time, accumulation and low security of documents, which affects citizens. Therefore, this paper proposes to implement RPA technology through a web system, which has been developed, as objective of automating the workflow and avoiding performing repetitive tasks. This technological solution will generate great improvements for public institutions such as the reduction of the attention time for a procedure in order to prevent the dissatisfaction of citizens. The proposed solution is verified through evaluations based on the indicators presented. La problemática observada en el almacén de una empresa de autopartes son los altos tiempos en el proceso de preparación de pedidos debido a la falta de herramientas de mejora continua en el proceso mismo. El objetivo de esta investigación es proponer un modelo de gestión del proceso de picking para reducir los tiempos en la atención de pedidos mediante la herramienta 5´S. Para ello, se realizó un estudio empírico con alcance cuasi experimental y post positivista, bajo la modalidad de estudio de caso. Se evidenció la diferencia en el tiempo de preparación dependiendo del tipo de trabajador en el almacén, y mediante la aplicación de las 5´S y estandarización de trabajo se logró una reducción significativa en el tiempo de picking del 41,37% en el caso de los nuevos operadores, del 32,80% para un operador estándar y del 11,82% para los operadores experimentados.
