This article presents the problem of defining the concept of “competence”, due to it being an integral and complex term that has been applied in many domains as well as in a more general sense for everyday life. However, no doubt, a competence can only be tested and valuated in the practice, and it is a person who becomes competent in a context for a certain function. In recent years, the district of Huánuco has presented a population growth of 1.05%, through a forced settlement on unstable areas, increasing vulnerability to extreme events. The shape of the earth’s surface can be considered as resulting from an evolutionary system within time scales. Therefore, it is intended to analyze by means of digital image processing, mass removal volume using ALOS PALSAR satellite images (2006-2019) and Landsat 5 EMT and 8 OLI (1987-2018), to establish a relationship between the evolution of the landscape and the occurrence of landslides through topographic profiles. Finally, it was possible to demonstrate the difference between means of the evolution of the slide of the Tingoragra creek in the district of Huánuco (2006-2019), according to the intensity classification based on the volume by landslides (222,129,497 m³) to establish a risk analysis.

The author analyzes the problems facing the criminal process today in terms of witness-victim testimony in gender-based crimes that are the product of unbridled populism and citizen dissatisfaction. It is necessary to avoid any gender bias that could lead to irrational judicial decisions, without diminishing the procedural guarantees, especially those that assist those investigated.

The accelerated digitalization process has exposed the inadequacy of traditional tool-based IT support. In response, generative chatbots powered by large language models have emerged as a potential solution, although their actual effectiveness remains under debate. Most seismic eruption forerunners are described using Volcano-Tectonic earthquakes, seismic energy release, deformation rates or seismic noise analyses. Using the seismic data recorded at Ubinas volcano (Peru) between 2006 and 2008, we explore the time evolution of the Long Period (LP) seismicity rate prior to 143 explosions. We resolve an average acceleration of the LP rate above the background level during the 2-3 hours preceding the explosion onset. Such an average pattern, which emerges when stacking over LP time series, is robust and stable over all the 2006-2008 period, for which data is available. This accelerating pattern is also recovered when conditioning the LP rate on the occurrence of an other LP event, rather than on the explosion time. This paper develops a new performance evaluation approach for evaluating the relative recycling sustainability performance of e-waste products in terms of their contribution to the corporate sustainability of an e-recycling company. A fuzzy pairwise comparison process is used to help make comparative assessments. A fuzzy technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) is used to give an overall sustainability performance score to each e-waste product, relative to others. A new optimal weighting model is developed to determine the optimal weights for the environmental, economic, and social sustainability dimensions that reflect the best sustainability interests of the e-recycling company. In the last twenty years electoral campaigns it has been seen a transformation of electoral campaigns from tv meetings and doctrinal controversies, the confrontation of images and ideological persuasion to a new landscape of marketing polls. The phenomenon is registered in places as diverse as UK, Korea, Guatemala, Peru and Spain. There is no doubt that democratic processes have undergone several transformations as they have media terminology and marketing technical terms to the political discourse. Purpose – This paper tests the influence of employees’ involvement in CSR activities on managers’ perceptions regarding business confidence. Design/methodology/approach – A quantitative methodology was used to contrast the hypotheses presented in this paper. The empirical research began in March 2016. In April 2016, a questionnaire was sent by email to the 1,745 managers of the multiple banks with a message explaining the relevance of the research. The data gathering process finished in July 2016. Findings – The causal model proved the influence of the perception of employees’ involvement in the CSR actions of Peruvian banks in terms of improving the perception of business confidence by managers. This article deals with the concept of “meaning” developed by Juan José García- Noblejas in 1982, which is presented as an enlightening and useful tool for the screenwriting and film reception process. The essay explores the concepts of “theme” (Flinn, 1999:167-168); “dramatic question” (Selbo, 2007: 201-209); and “meaning” (Russin, 2012: 38-42) as they appear in screenwriting manuals from an academic point of view. Considering the perspectives of narratology, semiotics and Aristotelic Poetics the article relates the concept of “meaning” with the unifying principle of the story and the aspects of the human experience the story shows.

The objective of this study was to evaluate the elaboration of a salami that contains a natural colorant extracted from the seeds of ayrampo (Opuntia soehrensii), using an extract of this natural product at different concentration levels and using microbiological and sensorial characteristics as acceptance criteria of the final product. Initially, a physicochemical characterization of the seeds was carried out, which showed the high nutritional value of this natural product and its antioxidant power.
