Implementing a digital process for letters rogatory and judicial assistance requests in Ecuador requires a strategic approach to enhance efficiency and transparency. First, it's essential to revise the legal framework to validate digital procedures. A secure and centralized online platform should be developed, incorporating encryption and digital signatures. Coordination among institutions like the Judicial Council, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Public Prosecutor's Office is vital. Training programs must be implemented to prepare staff and legal professionals. Integration with international systems will ensure interoperability and compliance with global standards. A pilot phase can help test the system in selected jurisdictions before national deployment. Stakeholder engagement and awareness campaigns will foster broader acceptance. ongoing monitoring, user feedback, and continuous up...

The investigation shows the results founded in the field of Reading Comprehension. Starting from the theoretic model of cognitive psychology and psycholinguistics, and in particular the theory of Van Dijk and Kintsch (1983, 1993, 1994). The author explores the problematic of comprehensive reading in a group of children and teenagers with learning disabilities in the province of Callao, trying to know how much can they could intervening in the improvement of their reading weakness, for what we have design and application and an Experimental Program of Treatment. The most important idea of the study was the significant difference in reading comprehension levels reached in the pre test and in the post test, by the group I students after applying the experimental program, and as an important improvement in the student group II.

This paper presents a methodology for designing a strategy proportional integral controller (PI) given that the policy will be implemented in an industrial process controller. The design considers the modeling of the plant through analog techniques of system identifi cation. It is used in controller design algorithm discrete digital PI controller that is running the process controller used. Considered for the design specifi cations of closed loop time response primarily to obtain a settling time line that you can be met without exceeding the range of the control signal that can deliver the process controller used. Implement the control system to verify the behavior of the closed loop system in relation to the specifi ed control objective.

Access to clean drinking water is crucial worldwide. Throughout history, various methods of distribution have been developed to ensure that people have access to good quality water. Nowadays, there are various risks associated with water contamination, including those caused intentionally and unintentionally. Responding to such incidents typically involves manual decisionmaking processes, emphasizing the need for automated strategies. This thesis introduces a novel approach employing Mixed Integer Nonlinear Programming (MINLP) to optimize isolation strategies and flushing methods within water distribution systems (WDSs). By integrating mass conservation and energy conversion equations, coupled with Hazen-Williams equation for pressure drop calculations, the proposed model aims to minimize contamination risks arising from various sources, including natural disasters and cyber-attacks. The...

Objectives: (1) To document trends in integrated management of childhood illnesses (IMCI) implementation in the 24 departments of Peru from 1996 to 2000. (2) To documenttrends in indicators of health services coverage and impact(mortality and nutritional status) for the same period. (3) To correlate changes in these two sets of indicators. And (4)to attempt to rule out contextual factors that may affect the observed trends and correlations. Materials and Methods: An ecological analysis was performed in which the units of study were the 24 departments. Results: By 2000, 10,2% of clinical health workers were trained in IMCI,but some districts showed considerably higher rates. There were no significant associations between clinical IMCI training coverageand indicators of outpatient utilization, vaccine coverage, mortality or malnutrition. The lack of association persisted after adjustment fo...

The Model of Family and Community-based Integrated Health Care (MAIS-BFC, by its initials in Spanish) is a set of strategies, procedures and tools that, when complemented, organize the Health System in order to respond to the health needs of individuals, families and the community, allowing comprehensive care levels of health. Following the steps for the implementation of a MAIS-BFC, an experience is presented from the National Family Health Strategy corresponding to 2010- 2015. The intervention of 244 649 households is reported until October 2015, constituting 11.6% of vulnerable households. Likewise, 17 250 educational sessions were developed where priority was given to health promotion issues. As a result, 37 303 pathologies were identified through the family health visit, of which 58.2% were chronic pathologies and 49.8% were non-chronic pathologies detected but never treated. Regard...

The scientific problem to which this article is devoted is determined by the tasks facing modern education. One of these tasks is to build a continuous education system, covering all stages of a person’s life. To ensure the movement of the individual in the educational space, it is necessary to form a culture of lifelong learning, which implies the development of technologies of self-education and self-learning. The latter become a fundamental factor in the system of continuous learning. The analysis of pedagogical, psychological and methodical literature showed that the independent work of students in its theoretical justification has always been interpreted as the most important component of the educational process. However, in recent years the problem of improving its effectiveness began to attract increasing attention of researchers. One of the ways, according to scientists, psycho...
