Teleosemantic is the theory that proposes an explanation of mental representation on the basis of the Darwinian theory of biological function. Although Darwin explains biological traits for both historical and adaptationist causes, Papineau and other proponents of teleosemantic rely only on the adaptationist dimension of the theory to account for the identity of the biological trait. This is shown in the teleosemantic response to the possibility that an exact duplicate of a human arose from non-evolutionary causes (the swampman). Clarifying the question about the homological nature of the trait identity is central to addressing the swampman argument. Music is an element that appears systematically as part of the rhetorical strategy of audiovisual narratives and is, to that extent, a constitutive part of them. Since audiovisual narratives, especially fictional ones, can be considered as poetic works in the Aristotelian sense, it is worth asking about the role that music plays in this poetic condition. In this research article, a theoretical proposal along these lines is put forward that will serve both to explain the role of music in the work of fiction and to analyze it. Labor Law is called to solve and prevent arisingconflicts between employers and employees. In light of this, certain conflicts between the employer and a union, or his own employees, can be solved by an arbitration board.In that line, it is important to take into account the many existing differences between juridical labor arbitration and economic labor arbitration; the author, in the present article, arguments that those differences represent the fundamental reason why the first one does exercise jurisdictional function and the second one does not. On that basis, the author affirms that it’s possible to exercise diffuse control in economic labor arbitration.

In the Spanish legal system, the workplace employee representation but may have certain similarities with the political representation (regulatory origin, not voluntary for the principal, democratic legitimacy) poses a specificity both the subjective perspective, to be circumscribed workers who make up the constituency, as a material arises as to represent the professional interests shared by a community of individuals united by an identical legal relationship derived from belonging to the same company. Its uniqueness is that this function can be assumed, concurrently, for two types: some representatives of elective basis; others, union base. The essay addresses the restitutions derived from the resolution for non-compliance in a comparative way within the “legal Latinity”. It compares the solutions accepted in Italian law (European legal latinity), and those of two Latin American legal systems, Colombia, and Peru. From the point of view of the discipline dedicated to resolution (termination) and its consequences, the Italian and Peruvian codes are the most advanced, while the Colombian one, which dates from the nineteenth century, leaves ample room for the jurisprudential development of this remedy. La luxación rotuliana o patelar es un trastorno ortopédico caracterizado por el desplazamiento de la rótula fuera de su ubicación habitual dentro de la tróclea femoral, lo que puede ocasionar osteoartritis, cojera y dolor. This thesis presents the research results of a quantum dot coupled to a conduction band with spin-orbit coupling (SOC), Specifically, a simgle electron transistor (SET). We study the dependence of the Kondo temperature and the thermoelectric transport properties with SOC. The problem is modeled as a single impurity Anderson model in the presence of the conduction band spin-orbit interaction. The SOC mixes the spins of the conducting electrons, and as a consequence, the SU(2) spin symmetry of the Anderson Hamiltonian is broken.
