Objective: This study analyzes practical, didactic, and evaluative experiences in the context of university professional practice, drawing on the narratives of 47 students (from initial, intermediate, and final internships) and 9 tutor-teachers from two campuses of a state university in southern Chile. Method: Data were collected through discussion groups guided by a thematically validated script and analyzed using structural analysis, applying a parallel structure in the form of binary discourse. Results: The findings show that tutor-teacher supervision promotes dialogic learning and that the emotional dimension is a central component of student–teacher interactions. In addition, the portfolio of evidence emerges as the most widely used didactic and evaluative resource in the training process. Este trabajo de investigación recopiló información para determinar la relación entre las variables estilos de liderazgo y gestión pedagógica de los docentes de la Escuela Militar de Chorrillos Crl. Francisco Bolognesi. Se determinó un método de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada y se desarrolló bajo un diseño no experimental, también se proporcionó un nivel correlacional-descriptivo. En cuanto a la muestra establecida fue de tipo censal que involucró a 72 docentes. Paralelamente a esta herramienta, se desarrollaron dos cuestionarios para verificar las variables de investigación mediante un juicio de expertos. There is acceptance and establishment of methodological stereotypes by professionals at the University of Medical Sciences of Villa Clara, Cuba. This is due to theoretical ignorance about the interrelation of linguistics with the methodology of research in the conscious expression of scientifi c language. The quality of education in Colombia today is confirmed by the standardized test designed and applied by the Colombian Institute for the Evaluation of Education (ICFES) to all students in the country at different levels. The purpose of this article is to analyze the results of a diagnostic test of previous knowledge designed by the ICFES in the area of mathematics applied to all high school and middle school students of the San Antonio del Pescado Educational Institution (IESAP), located in the rural area of the municipality of Garzon (Huila). Among the aspects found is the parallelism of the tests applied to eleventh grade students in the last five years with respect to the diagnostic test conducted at the beginning of the 2022 school year.
