This article offers to examine the main content related to two comparative socio-educational normative frameworks, based on dimensions in social ethics and human development. Contemporary religious literature raises referential content to ethical-social learning in accordance with individual moral thought, on the other hand, the globalized capabilities approach maintains that a utilitarian or mercantilist educational policy generates educational-training neglect in human development as a starting point. Methodologically, through the comparative analysis, parallel and contemporary basic premises are identified in both normative frameworks, since the premises in Jorge Bergoglio's literature hypothetically coincide with the related proposal of the capabilities approach of Amartya Sen and Martha Nussbaum. Although an extensive national and international bibliography has been produced to explain the success of educational management in the I.E. Fe y Alegría, the different approaches about it have omitted a historical analysis of the influence of the organizational development process on performative aspects, such as institutional performance. Considering this premise, the case of the I.E. Fe y Alegría N ° 02, with its experience, allows us to answer the following question: in what way did the transformations, that occurred in the organizational culture between the years 1980 and 2017, influence current institutional performance? En el presente informe buscaré resumir, como a lo largo de mi carrera profesional, he podido participar en varios de los ámbitos en los que un Ingeniero de Sistemas puede o debe desenvolverse. Habiendo egresado el año 2001 el camino ha sido largo, complejo, lleno de aprendizajes, pero, sobre todo, ha sido (y sigue siendo) enriquecedor. En este viaje como profesional me ha tocado desempeñar roles como miembro de equipos, jefe de proyectos, consultor, y gerente de área, lo que finalmente enriqueció mi entendimiento del mundo de las TICs (Tecnologías de Información) al punto de poder aspirar a puestos ya no solo en un área de Tecnología sino también en otras más bien comerciales y de negocios en compañías de distintos rubros. El presente trabajo de investigación toma en cuenta una realidad problemática que el Perú acoge a lo largo de los años, sin poder encontrar o sustentar una solución adecuada para la falta de equipamientos con características de albergar a niños con problemas infantiles, violencia y abandono; los cuales nos hace tomar conciencia y brindar un aporte científico y arquitectónico dando a conocer una posibilidad de equipamiento como propuesta para poder abastecer la alta demanda de niños huérfanos. Background: The burden of obesity differs by socioeconomic status. We aimed to characterise the prevalence of obesity among adult men and women in Latin America and the Caribbean by socioeconomic measures and the shifting obesity burden over time. Methods: We did a cross-sectional series analysis of obesity prevalence by socioeconomic status by use of national health surveys done between 1998 and 2017 in 13 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. We generated equiplots to display inequalities in, the primary outcome, obesity by wealth, education, and residence area. We measured obesity gaps as the difference in percentage points between the highest and lowest obesity prevalence within each socioeconomic measure, and described trends as well as changing patterns of the obesity burden over time.
