Lake Titicaca, at present, is considered a natural wonder of the world. It is the habitat of many unique and endangered native species, with flora and fauna of great diversity, site of nesting of many migratory birds, source of fresh filtered water, by its volume, regulates the air temperature of the region allowing climate conditions less aggressive for life. Ascorbate autoxidation catalyzed Cu2 + is performed via a first order reaction , a process that is dependent upon the concentration of Cu2 + and that follows a saturation emetic . This suggests that in the sequence an intermediate complex catalyst which would limit the formation of reaction products , one of which is a free hydroxyl radical is formed. Thiourea markedly inhibits autoxidation reaction , while it has no effect glycerol . Ascorbate and Cu2 + , used at concentrations that autoxidation occurs, do not cleave the disulfide bond of DTNB . Histidine and citrate inhibit both autoxidation reaction as breaking of the disulfide bond of DTNB . These results suggest that the rupture of the disulfide bridge of DTNB be realized with the intervention of the hydroxyl free radicals generated by the ascorbate system / Cu + , and in parallel by a process of reduction or hydrolysis .

Esta evaluación se efectuó entre el 7 y 12 de febrero 2014. En cuarenta estaciones superficiales, cinco secciones verticales y dos líneas paralelas a la costa, se obtuvo información de variables físicas, químicas, biológicas y geológicas. La temperatura, salinidad y oxígeno superficial presentaron valores propios de Aguas Costeras Frías y en una pequeña zona de mezcla, al interior de bahía San Nicolás, se registraron temperaturas mayores a 17 °C y salinidades de 35,0 a 35,05 ups. La columna de agua mostró valores homogéneos que fluctuaron entre 17 y 14 °C. La principal zona de afloramiento se detectó en el extremo sur del área de estudio. Metal mining is one of the economic pillars of the Peruvian economy. Peru is the main producer of gold, zinc, lead, and tin in Latin America and the second largest producer of copper, silver, and zinc worldwide. Despite its economic importance, mining has also left a plethora of Mining Environmental Liabilities (MEL) whose inadequate waste management represents a risk for both the environment and human health and is a common trigger of social problems. The Cajamarca región is the second región in Peru in terms of the number of MEL sites with the majority of them located in the Hualgayoc district. This research was based on determining the effect of risperidone in psychotic behavior induced by ketamine and its relationship with Malondialdehyde levels in brains of Rattus norvegicus var. albinus. Randomly distributed into four groups of six specimens each (White, Control Problem Problem I and II) was performed.
