La presente investigación trata de disminuir los tiempos de desarrollo de los formularios de mantenimiento de sistemas Web, cuyo código base es PHP y Javascript, además de reducir la incompatibilidad que existe al desarrollar sistemas web, dado que al desarrollar estos, muchas veces no se toma en cuenta la compatibilidad que debe existir en los diferentes navegadores actuales de internet.Para lo mencionado, se ha propuesto desarrollar una herramienta Case, del tipo lower, la cual se encargará de ver una de las últimas fases del ciclo de vida del sistema, que es la de codificación; para reducir los tiempos de codificación se ha optado por usar el framework Symfony para PHP, el mismo que está orientado a la construcción de sistemas robustos y el framework Mootools de Javascript; adicionalmente, con este último, se podrá tratar la incompatibilidad de los sistemas.Palabras c...

The liberal State emphasized that the right to property grants the attributes of using, enjoying, and disposing of an asset. However, beginning in 1911, Léon Duguit introduced the concept of the social function of property, asserting that the owner must not only seek personal satisfaction but also contribute to the well-being of the collective. Since its introduction, the social function of property has been incorporated into the constitutions of various states. However, the Peruvian constituent assembly of 1993 deliberately departed from this approach, and thus, Article 70 of our Constitution merely states that property shall be exercised in harmony with the common good—a provision that remains unchanged to this day. We report the case of a pregnant woman referred to our hospital for suspected partial hydatidiform mole. Ultrasound images showed a normal fetus attached to a small placenta adjacent to a honeycomb-like tumor mass. Amniocentesis revealed a normal karyotype. Due to β-hCG values greater than 800 000 IU and a mass growth of 11% by magnetic resonance imaging, an ultrasound-guided percutaneous tumor biopsy was performed; it ruled out the possibility of choriocarcinoma. The patient had symptoms of hyperthyroidism that required treatment; when the β-HCG levels exceeded one million IU, a course of chemotherapy was prescribed. As south-south investments increase so do the issues experienced by investing companies. One of these is the impact of culture. This article analyzes the effects of the subsidiary country culture on an investing firm’s organizational culture and the managerial practices used to address them. Data is gathered from cultural databases, a company-wide survey and semi structured interviews. Descriptive statistics are used to reveal country and organizational culture differences, with content analysis to expose management responses. There is a clear difference between the firm’s Vietnamese and Peruvian workers, with the company’s practices more amenable to the Vietnamese employees. Late-presenting traumatic diaphragmatic hernia is rare and most often caused by blunt trauma. It presents diagnostic challenges and controversial surgical management, which may involve thoracoscopic or laparoscopic approaches to close the defect and minimize the impact on the involved structures. This case reports a man diagnosed 15 years after an open trauma, successfully treated laparoscopically without complications, leading to early discharge and favorable recovery. The case supports the laparoscopic approach as an effective alternative for achieving adequate reduction of herniated abdominal contents and hemostatic control, followed by primary closure, depending on the defect size.

Objective: To determine the clinical, laboratory and epidemiological factors that motivate hospitalization for asthmatic crisis at Yanahuara Hospital, Arequipa-Peru. Material and methods: Observational, prospective, case-control study in which risk factors for hospitalization were studied, comparing 84 hospitalized asthmatic children with 110 control children of the Asthma Program. Results: The highest frequency of hospitalization occurs in the range of 6-12 year-old (51.2 %) majority male (56 %). The associated clinical factors were the fact of presenting previous respiratory symptoms (p<0.01), history of allergic rhinitis (p<0.01; OR=3.80) and history of exercise intolerance (EIB) (p<0.01; OR=4.89). This article discusses the role of the sodomy trial of Dr. Manuel Barros de San Millán (1532-?), president of the Audiencia of Quito, in the political crisis triggered by the introduction of an alcabala tax at the end of the 16th century. Barros was an intransigent bureaucrat whose career was riddled with confrontations with other authorities in colonial Peru. Since his arrival in 1560, his tactlessness hindered his work and exposed him to different kinds of retribution. Against this backdrop, when his former slave claimed to have engaged in sodomitical practices with him, his enemies used the opportunity to attack him. The process against Barros for indulging in the unspeakable vice aimed at delegitimizing him politically by debasing his masculinity. In this way, his enemies succeeded in banishing him permanently from the Americas.

This is a bivariate exploratory prospective observational and analytical study.
