This paper reviews the literature on strategic alliances to illustrate how they arecharacterized, what types exist and, specifically, what phenomena are relevant when the alliance seeks to facilitate business innovation. In line with this purpose, it also examines the way literature characterizes the concepts of innovation, learning and knowledge, as well as organizational capabilities, as important factors of the process of knowledge transfer between partners.

The ACACIA Centers are university dependencies created with the purpose of promoting university integration to produce didactic and technological resources and the generation of strategies aimed at the inclusion and accessibility of all members of the university community. This article describes the process that allows the transfer of the ACACIA Center model to Higher Education Institutions interested in implementing a Center and the results achieved so far.

This article discusses the historical trajectory of educational assessment in the Brazilian academic scenario, pointing out the influence of American literature on the Brazilian scientific production, its models break as well as the efforts in order to construct a theory and a practical assessment applied to the Brazilian reality. Original abstract: We explore the small-scale spatial and temporal transferability of model parameters between two points in the ablation zone of tropical Glaciar Shallap, Cordillera Blanca, Peru (9°S, -77° W; ~4800 m a.s.l.) in order to provide a robust assessment of the performance of a process-based glacier mass-balance model. Relative surface height change is calculated at hourly time-steps, and cumulative values are compared to surface height measurements made at irregular intervals (14–64 days) over the course of two continuous hydrological years (August 2006–August 2008). The present article exposes the development of the research on the modeling of the windings of a power transformer to determine and analyze the transient voltages transferred to the secondary winding when an atmospheric impulse voltage is applied to the primary winding. Objective: To determine the factors involved in the implementation of the donation and transfer budget at the Lambayeque Regional Hospital. The general objective of this study was to analyze and generate knowledge on the process of transferring sentenced persons, as well as to promote the signing of bilateral or multilateral treaties on the subject within the framework of international judicial cooperation, for the purpose of reintegrating foreign inmates into their country from a human rights perspective. The present study aims to determine the socioeconomic and cultural level of the population of the Plateau-Manchay and reconstruct the process of social participation of the common interlenguage against the transfer of the misttrap technology for the improvement of the environment in the area, it was mainly used the quantitative method in addition to the descriptive and analytical ones. The result of this survey allowed to produce two diagnoses (1996 and 2001) and a proposal of social participation model which can be replicated in other realities, adapting them according to external and internal context. Despite the adverse conditions of poverty and extreme poverty of the misttrap technology area, the population managed to take possession to more integrated, democratic, and social participation.

Innovation and technological change play a role in dynamizing productive development processes aimed at increasing general welfare in the imaginaries of current Latin American public policies. However, there is a divide between publicly funded R&D and production, circulation, distribution, and consumption strategies aimed at meeting local social and environmental needs.Based on the analysis of the socio-techno-cognitive dynamics deployed in the case of the Yogurito Escolar program (Argentina), this paper examines the problems of technology transfer schemes and proposes a range of alternatives for designing public R&D strategies that promote inclusive development processes.
