This paper analyses Article VI of the Preliminary Title of the Civil Code for the purpose of determining its current usefulness. For this purpose it goes back to the origins and sense of the French maxim “interest is the measure of actions”, its reception in the Italian Procedural Code of 1865 and successive conceptual developments, going so far as to argue that article VI analyzed contains the parameters (legitimate, economic or moral usefulness) needed to establish the existence of what the Civil Procedural Code calls “interés para obrar”, that is, if the requested (or a substantive defense) is appropriate to receive a substantive decision.

The formation of phrases has a higher frequency than it has been so far attributed in the communicative interplay. It has always been the focus of attention of interlinguistics, though not much in the teaching of a mother tongue. It has a relevance of first order in the process of fine semantic discrimination, in the metaphorization process, and in the distinctivity of idiomatic phrases. Here the discussion focuses on the lexicological condition of some phraseological items, on the delimitation of units which can be lexicographically arranged in the continuum where they work, and on the diatopic and diastratic variability of their distribution. We proposed to define some of the lexicographical options essential for the processing of phraseological material of the Spanish of Chile.

Population displacements from their place of origin to a different one, characterizes the 20th century and what goes from the 21st century. The ecological, political, economic crises and the increase in violence, give rise to people deciding to leave everything to bet on the unknown and place themselves in another place that guarantees a dignified life with a different lifestyle. Because of these problems, many citizens do not have a healthy life - physical, mental and emotional - (lack of access to medicines - especially vaccines - and food). Natural phenomena, as a consequence of the environmental crisis in the world, have highlighted the huge social gaps that characterize underdeveloped or developing countries. Thus, 21st century immigrants seek to integrate into the society they decided to reach and seek to improve their quality of life (decent work, good pay, healthy eating, access ...

This paper proposes a theoretical and methodological alternative for the analyses of contemporary political processes. Also, it relies on criticism of the predominant analytical perspective in Peruvian political science during the last years, which prioritized the political regime as an object of study. By recognizing politics relative autonomy, we propose to pay attention to antagonism and its operative role in the composition of political identities to study political processes. We argue that discourse analysis is a useful analytical tool for studying political antagonisms. This article contains three sections. In the first section, we develop our critic to the predominant analytical perspective of political science in Peru, showing its heuristic limits. In the second section, we present our theoretical framework. Also, we reflect on antagonism and differences between polity and politi...

Governance in the Republic is strongly influenced by history, which has its roots in the early Andean civilization that culminated in the Inca Empire or Tawantinsuyo, which formed an autarchic State in economic terms, with relative social welfare and despotic in political terms. Over the millennia, the Andeans developed technologies appropriate to their environment, occupied the territory rationally, established an immense network of roads and ensured sufficient food production to meet the needs of the population, despite the scarcity of agricultural land. Although they did not know writing, they created the "quipus", colored cords with different types of knots with which they could keep accounts and administer the vast territory they came to occupy (research is underway to prove that the qui pus were actually a writing system).

The importance of the diocese as a social unit for the project about structural reform of the Church is highlighted; which the Pope Francis has set in his first letter, “The joy of the Gospel”. This project means a real foundation of the diocese, because it demands the return of the Church to the Gospel, and reminds it its condition as primary subject of this structural reform. From an anthropological approach of the diocese, the early contribution to this process of the Archdiocese of Lima from 1954 to 1996 is spelled out. Due to this experience, the diocese ceased to function as a symbolic powerstructure from top to bottom, because the migratory waves and provincial protagonists succeeded in transforming from below and from within the exercise of that power, turning and reversing its conventional orientation.

An atypical psychological intervention, the Creativity Workshops, understood as the possibility of transformation of people, environments and/or relationships, which took place in a social Project for youths in the outskirts of Sao Paulo, is presented. Resources common to artistic expression, located in the interface between Art, Psychology, and Education were used, as well as activities of Organic Music (or corporal percussion), offered for the youngsters of the pop-rock band classes of the institution. It is discussed how the abandonment of the expectations and the opening to significant exchanges allowed the establishment, finally, in an unexpected place, of the space in where psychological care could take place, flowing and transitory as the movement of life, creating new ways of professional insertion.

Based on the assumption that law has as its foundation of validation the people themselves, and aligned with the plain language movement, this paper initially discusses the role of technical language in the scope of the community of legal practices and the effects of its extrapolation to civil society. It also discusses the social implications of the exacerbation of the use of area jargon in legal language, as well as analyzes mechanisms that monopolize and democratize this access to legal content. Finally, an experimental study is carried out to measure civil society's perception of legal language, identifying points that may contribute to its democratization. The investigation concludes that the simplification of the language, without de-characterizing the legal technique, contributes to the understanding of legal content, which signals the importance of training actions in the area of...

This article presents a fragment of the findings obtained as part of a practice-research process in dance, focusing on the theme of Body and Territory. The concept and metaphor of the body as territory are introduced as a dynamic framework that emerges from the interplay of physicality, thought, memory, and sensitivity. Through movement-based workshops, which form part of the research methodology, the moving body is mapped and witnessed, revealing its poetic, sensory, and narrative dimensions. Moreover, drawing on Latin American and feminist epistemologies, the concept of territory is approached from a relational perspective rather than as a closed, one-dimensional definition. Building on these reflections, the notion of "felt territory" is explored, which implies a distancing from individual identity, allowing the body to be affected and move towards a collective sense. In this process,...

Higher education faces the challenge of adapting its strategies to the diversity of students’ learning paces and styles. Traditionally, pedagogy has been the predominant approach to teaching, even in higher education. In contrast, andragogy offers a model of self-directed and experiential learning. The aim of this study was to propose a mixed educational model to improve university training, through a systematic review based on the PRISMA protocol. A total of 76 articles were identified, of which 10 were selected according to quality and relevance criteria established by the JADAD scale. The results indicate that the integration of pedagogical and andragogical strategies fosters active participation, autonomy, and the development of critical competencies in university students. It is concluded that a mixed model constitutes a necessary alternative to strengthen the quality of higher ed...

The objectives of the study were to determine the psychometric properties of the Scale of Attitudes towards Statistics in Mexico. In this instrumental study, a non-probabilistic sample of 383 Mexican psychology students who responded to two attitude scales was analyzed. The bifactor model with three specific factors (safety, pleasure-usefulness, and motivation) showed the best properties of fit and convergent validity. The average attitude was neutral and more positive in men than in women. The general factor had a high correlation with attitude towards research. It is concluded that the three-factor bifactor model represents the relationship between the items better than the original five-factor model.

This work departs from the reality of which the migratory flows have transformed the cities into multicultural spaces. The traditional concept of a citizenship based on the national identity is unable to solve the difficulties derived from an increasing demand of rights on the part of a population in constant growth who shares places of work and residence though not in equal conditions. The citizen is the opposite thing abroad; citizenship implies exclusion, discrimination of those who do not belong to a State. In this context, the journalism is raised as vehicle to construct a new citizenship, defender of the universal rights of the man, fomenting the participation activates of the citizens.
