La presente investigación tiene como principal objetivo poder brindar al actor otra herramienta a la cual pueda acudir en el proceso de la construcción de un personaje demandante1 basándose en la técnica de Improvisación Testimonial. La investigación tiene como finalidad a largo plazo poder sistematizar el proceso del trabajo de texto y la Improvisación Testimonial, este proceso es el primer paso para sentar las bases de un laboratorio como este. De esta manera la investigadora, propone desarrollar un laboratorio práctico de Improvisación Testimonial que busque llegar al objetivo planteado. Así mismo esta investigación desarrolla dicho proceso de laboratorio estructurado en seis sesiones. Este trabajo es un acercamiento a la narrativa testimonial desde dos perspectivas: por un lado, la revisión teórica de su naturaleza canónica o antropológica, y, por otro, el análisis de un texto ficcional que hace suyas numerosas características discursivas del testimonio, razón por la cual estuvo, tras su aparición, en una situación liminal entre lo etnográfico y lo literario. This research explores, through a pre-experimental design, how artistic resources can contribute to health prevention. For this purpose, participants (N = 118) completed a pre-test questionnaire and, after interacting with four testimonial narratives in the COVID-19 Diaries website, specially developed for this research, responded to the post-test. The study investigated the role of art in prevention intention, risk perception, and behavior, as well as the association with narrative transportation and identification with characters, the two main mechanisms explaining narrative persuasion. El testimonio quechua se ha estudiado desde las categorías propuestas por la academia norteamericana y latinoamericana. Esta perspectiva ayudó a entender los conflictos y tensiones que se generan durante su realización y la dimensión estético-política en la que pareció. Pero no explica por qué en estos textos encontramos mitos, hualinas[1], watuchikuna (adivinanzas), simbolismo de las plantas (papa, maíz), de los animales, entre otras nociones acerca de la salud, la enfermedad, la distribución social, el ayni, entre otros. This paper delves into the poetics of Kamar, a theatrical group from La Rioja, Argentina. The analysis shows the aesthetic-political interests that are configured in their productions as part of a politics of the gaze. In this context, we analyze the play Nosotras en el espejo to understand the synthesis of the group's theatrical research in a particular piece. The key analysis of this play revolves around the image of the wound, materialized in a production whose origin is found in testimonies of gender violence. The use of the testimonial theatrical device allows the exploration of a game of mirrors that alters the spectator's passive gaze and transmutes it into an emancipated and active gaze, conjugated in the order of affections and performative action.

Determinar si en la Normativa vigente, tanto en el Código Penal o Código Procesal Penal existen requisitos que se puedan tomar en cuenta para que el Magistrado pueda validar adecuadamente una declaración testimonial durante el Proceso Judicial. The objective of the study is to analyze the testimonial declaration procedure in telematic hearings in the civil sphere, with emphasis on the judicial system in Guayaquil, Ecuador. It is a legal investigation with a mixed focus, with an analysis of legal regulations and jurisprudence related to the testimonial declaration in telematic hearings within civil courts. This article analyzes the representation of the national flag in two specific episodes of the Peruvian narrative in order to expose how it can be used as a means that, on the one hand, enervates national sentiment and, on the other, denounces the injustices against the Ande communities. In the first place, in the story “El hombre de la bandera”, by the writer Enrique López Albújar, the flag is manifested as the symbol that breeds a foundational nationalist discourse. It inspires in the inhabitants of the Andes an intimate identification with Peru and defense of the territory with their own lives, despite the unquestionable injustices they have suffered historically. The article focuses on the progress and development of the studies in Andean linguistics with particular reference to Quechua, Aymara, Uro and Puquina. These languages converged at certain period in history as an idiomatic crossroad on the immense altiplano (now shared by Peru and Bolivia), cradle of the Andean civilization. Some of these languages still exist, others have left a silent legacy that enriches the culture of the survivors imprinting an indelible stamp on the plentiful toponymy that only awaits the specialized linguist capable to read the historical ancestral messages coded in place names.

This article analyzes the Peruvian testimonies of Angelica Mendoza and Graciela Gamboa presented as statements in face Commission of Truth and Reconciliation and then filmed to be exhibited in the Lugar de la Memoria, la Tolerancia y la Inclusión Social (LUM), in Lima, Perú. These testimonies are interpreted from two theoretical aspects: the first is linked to studies on testimonialism and indigenous subject in Latin America and the second refers to the category of witness and survivor from Auschwitz. La investigación plantea el diseño de una pieza audiovisual de carácter sensibilizador que tiene como objetivo hacer un llamado a la reflexión del público; demostrando que la falta de sensibilización, la falta de acceso a las políticas públicas y la consecuente falta de oportunidades para ejercer sus habilidades producen la invisibilidad social hacia los invidentes de la I.E. Luis Braille en el distrito de Comas. En el desarrollo de este proyecto se trabajó con cinco grandes ejes de teorización, la discapacidad, la percepción social, la teoría de la sensibilización enfocada a la aplicación del video discursivo como estrategia de sensibilización y la ilustración, además, se complementará la revisión literaria con las respuestas recogidas en la investigación de campo en las entrevistas realizadas.
