The advance in the analysis of oceanographic and meteorological conditions for the period 1988-1996 is presented, with special emphansis on the ENSO phenomenom, which has as its main scenary the Tropical Pacific, with spectacular manifestations taking place in the Peruvian area. The products of research and observational programmes carried out by national institutions and international organizations are the basic basic reference information, being the key variables the sea surface temperature, oceanic currents, sea level variations, surface winds, atmospheric pressure at sea level and precipitation. The objective of the present work was to compare the relationship skeletal sagital applying KIM’S cephalograms,Steiner and Projection USP. A comparative cephalometric study was conducted among 218 children from 7 to 12 years of both sexes who attended the Integral clinic of children at San Marcos National University among the years 1998-2003. The children had the firsts permanent molars and central incisors in mouth and had not received orthodontic treatment. To know the coincidence or not in the diagnosis of the sagital malocclusion , a comparative analysis was made between The angle ANB and the projection USP; Kappa’s statistical test was applied to their results to determinate the existence of concordance between the analysis by their evaluation scale. This research is part of an exploratory study that focuses on the observation and analysis of the integration of the tablet in the classroom, and it takes part of the «EduTablettes-86» project (Poitiers, France). This study addresses the «pervasive computing» or «ubiquitous computing» as an approach that allows us to understand the direction of technology and its relation to the use of the tablet in the school, in addition, the theory of «situated action» is used as a reference and it makes possible to study the tablet in an application context, besides that, it includes the notion of communication «Human-Machine» to understand and to reflect on the interaction: teacher-student-tablet. Children’s understanding of mental states and their temporal and spatial perspective-taking abilities change substantially during early childhood. It has been proposed that these abilities converge on common mechanisms based on self-projection. Also, remembering and prospection are thought to jointly support human capacity for mental time travel. This study explores the behavioral congruence of perspective-taking abilities by assessing episodic memory, episodic future thinking, theory of mind, and visual perspective-taking in 85 children aged four to six in Uruguay. We found no overall associations, except for theory of mind (false beliefs) and episodic future thinking. Results are discussed in the light of conceptual implications of the tasks, while we argue that enhancing equivalence in task design is essential for advancing future research.

We present our results using an illustrative exemplary case of our work on the dynamic capabilities and the construction of a project within a student population enrolled in university courses. This period of life allows the transition between adolescence and adulthood, but also between a state of learner to that of worker inserted into the economic fabric of society. This identity construction is based on the social representations inherent to each group, but their integration at the individual level is influenced by the subjective experience of each person. Our results show that the sense of being competent, which is part of being engaged in a project, is influenced by emotional and experiential states. This influence can also be readjusted to better reflect a current self-image when there is a supported reflexive process.

Managing stakeholders is relevant for project management, as they affect project results. Likewise, the support of a Project Management Office (PMO) improves these results. This study analyzes the positive influence of stakeholder management on project results, specifically on the likelihood of concluding projects within the predicted time and cost, together with the moderating effect of PMOs. A conceptual model was validated through logistic regression, with data collected through a survey responded by 216 experienced professionals studying in graduate programs on project management. Findings indicate that stakeholder management improves project results in terms of time and cost and confirm that PMO enhances the influence of stakeholder management on these results.
