Se determinó la artropofauna cavernícola en una cueva de calor de la Reserva Ecológica «Mogotes de Jumagua», en el Municipio Sagua la Grande, provincia Villa Clara, Cuba. La artropofauna fue colectada o utilizando los métodos convencionales. La temperatura máxima del aire fue de 33,6 C y la humedad relativa del aire fue del 90%, lo que ubica a esta cueva dentro de la categoría de “cueva de calor”. Water resources are essential for the sustainable development of communities and relevant as educational content. This work focuses on exposing how to execute geographic education from the study of local water resources considering project-based learning. The experience is systematized, organized in cycles and directed to the theoretical foundation, later, the structural bases of a project are formed based on its practical implementation and lessons learned in the process. As a main result, content guidelines are exposed to execute geographic education from the study of local water resources and the structure of a project with methodological considerations necessary for its implementation.
