Scallion (Allium fistulosum) is a highly perishable green vegetable due to its moisture content, its high metabolic rate and their poor conditions of post-harvest during to harvest and transport. The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between visual deterioration´s product and changes generated in the mechanical and acoustic properties of the same. The scallion grown in Aquitania, Boyacá Colombia was stored under different conditions of storing: vacuum packed (10 mbar) and unpacked (HR 68%) and storage temperature 4 ºC and 16 ºC until deterioration by visual appearance. The acoustic mechanical changes in firmness, crispness and fracture for unpacked scallion and stored at 4 °C occurred on day 15 of storage, and visual deterioration on day 13. La investigación se centró en resolver los problemas de altos tiempos de inspección y almacenamiento en un almacén de repuestos que funciona como centro de distribución para los concesionarios de una empresa minorista de automóviles, identificando la distribución ineficiente y los traslados innecesarios como las principales causas. Se implementó un modelo basado en Lean Warehousing y gestión de almacenes con las herramientas lean, SLP y 7S, que luego de la simulación en el software Arena, resultó en un aumento de la productividad de 2.11 a 3.12 paquetes por hora hombre y una reducción del 17% en Tiempos de espera para paquetes de repuestos. El proceso de la función logística encargada de la recepción, almacenamiento y movimiento de cualquier material se denomina gestión de almacenamiento, el cual indica dónde y cómo deben ser almacenados los materiales, algunos de los beneficios que genera una correcta gestión son la reducción de los costos de almacén y mejoras en el servicio al cliente mediante la aceleración del proceso de gestión de pedidos.

The soil is considered the largest carbon reservoir in nature after the oceans, its content has been studied mostly in forest ecosystems, leaving aside other important ecosystems such as high Andean natural pastures, whose plant cover is made up of species diversity, which occupy large areas. The objective of the research was to determine the influence of the altitudinal variability on the Soil Organic Carbon (SOC) storage capacity of the Stipa, Festuca and Calamagrostis species, as well as its relationship with the characteristics of the soils. 73 soil samples were extracted at 0.2 m depth, between altitudes of 4000 to 4410 m.a.s.l.; To determine the COS, the wet oxidation methodology was used. The Carhuacocha and Vichecocha lagoons, fed by glaciers, are important aquatic ecosystems regulated by dams. These dams increase the flow of the Mantaro River during the dry season, supporting both energy production and irrigation for croplands. Water quality in the Carhuacocha and Vichecocha lagoons was assessed between storage and discharge events by using the Canadian Council of Ministers of the Environment Water Quality Index (CCME WQI) and multivariate statistical methods. Objective. To identify limiting factors in the process of preparing a scientific research project in students of the nursing program at Universidad de Huanuco, 2019. Methods. It was an observational, prospective, and analytical study. Population sample comprised of 60 students. Measurement instruments were: interview guide with general characteristics of the sample. Two questionnaires, preparation of a research project and limiting factors, which were validated. The purpose of this work was to analyze the working memory like a cognitive model envolved in lexical tasks and individual differentiation on capacity of Reading. The subjects were 163 students of public and particular schools. In this study we elaborated a new “reading span test” agreement with suggestions from Daneman and Carpenter (1980), adapted to children students. That instrument was correlated with the subtest of Number from WISC, inverted form. The validity assessment between both tests was made with Spearman’s coefficient of correlation. The consequence of that assessment showed rRHO = 0,47; it should prove both tests contain the function of processing (or computation) proper of the working memorysystem. Then, that “reading span test” is an adequate instrument to measure individual differences about capacity of reading only in similar subjects like those we studied.

The squid (Dosidicus gigas) is a cephalopod mollusk, a source of high quality proteins that is currently underexploited. The objective was to develop the methodology for the elaboration of a pre-cooked pota product, to evaluate the digestibility of the proteins and the shelf life of the product. Methodology: In a descriptive and experimental design, the nutritional technological study was carried out. Two samples of squid each consisting of 5 kg of the mantle, acquired at the Callao Fishing Terminal, were processed and analyzed independently.
