The article examines the development of speech in elementary school students. The research objective is to determine the status of coherent speech development in 3rd-grade students in the process of constructive and artistic activity. The article defines the criteria (structural and compositional, communicative and productive, and communicative and creative), indicators, and levels of development of coherent speech in elementary school students in the process of constructive and artistic activity. This work uses the image processing methods and neural network to classify the sign language patterns, a set of function had been implemented in Matlab to achieve our goal. Our vocabulary of sign language are composed of 24 letters belong to the alphabet, this work considers only those gestures without movement, our hardware are a digital camera and a PC.

The massive use of social networks and the anonymity that this provides has made possible not only the immediate communication between users, but also the spread of hate speech against certain groups of our society in the form of offensive messages to them, this has led to a serious social problem, which remains a topic of current research along with NLP. The purpose of the present work is to make a comparison of our "HateCheck" recognition model against the author's results, using the same database as them. Music source separation is the task of isolating the musical phrases played by different instruments recorded individually and arranged together to form a song. Nowadays, several methods have been developed to cover the separation of music sources, which can be classified into supervised and unsupervised learning, however, no research has been developed in which the effectiveness of using different methods together are analyzed , that's the reason the present work seeks to measure the results of the use of two methods, REPET + (unsupervised) and UNet (supervised), jointly and in isolation to separate the music waves produced by a singer and the waves from the instruments. Este trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo desarrollar un modelo Text-to-Speech (TTS) para la lengua Awajún, una de las 48 lenguas originarias del Perú, con el propósito de contribuir a su preservación mediante el uso de un modelo de síntesis de voz basado en aprendizaje profundo. Para el desarrollo de este modelo se utilizaron las arquitecturas Tacotron 2 y HiFi-GAN, ampliamente utilizadas en la generación de voz de calidad. El proceso metodológico incluyó la recolección, limpieza y alineación de un conjunto de datos compuesto por audios y textos en lengua Awajún, obtenidos de las plataformas Scripture Earth y Ojo Público. This article reveals the role of dramatization in a preschooler’s life. The main types of theatrical activities used in preschool education are highlighted. In the process of our research, we used qualitative methodology. To study the specifics of the impact of different types of the theater on the development of the older preschoolers’ creative skills, testing was conducted, which allowed determining the level of formation of these skills. The article presents the results of a non-experimental, descriptive and explanatory research. This research is related to the mining of text and feelings, for this we worked with all the official speeches of the former president of Peru Pedro Castillo Terrones, which amount to 12 and are in the public domain on the Peruvian state portal. The objective was to determine what the message is behind the aforementioned speeches of the former president. The data were processed in R through RStudio, and the lexicon NRC. This text presents the reception study’s results on the senses produced in vendors, which are located in La Ofelia Public Market, at Northern Quito, over the presidencial speech of the Ecuadorian president, Rafael Correa. This investigation analyzed the dominant/hegemonic, negotiated and oppositional positions of vendors over the presidential speech. In addition, it investigated how the sense was produced in vendors as an interpretative community. This process is involved in building political identities. En cada proceso, en el Perú y especialmente el Cusco, las personas hemos sido “entrenadas” para clasificar social y racialmente a las demás y también hemos aprendido a discriminar a esos otros que muestran algún rasgo cultural diferente al nuestro. Este entrenamiento se realiza a través de la socialización, donde el uso del lenguaje racista es un medio fundamental para la legitimación de estos discursos racistas. We described the b-learning tool LATS (Language Assessment Training System) designed from the University of Málaga for training decision making competences for clinical diagnosis in Health Sciences. The LATS is an students online traininig tool to solve virtual simulated caseloads along the decisión making process. The profesor train face to face the decision making process. Our aim is to show the LATS usefulness to improve clinical diagnostic reasoning in 3rd degree students of Speech and Language Faculty in the University of Málaga. Our results shows that students improved their performance using LATS and they appreciated the tool for their learning process.

With the social outbreak in Chile in October 2019, a series of demonstrations and citizen mobilizations of different sectors of society began, which promoted various requests for social claims and demands. It is from this event that, on November 12 of that year, a presidential speech was issued, through which three major agreements were proposed to overcome the crisis that was being experienced, and one of those agreements was the agreement for a new constitution.This promise gave rise to the formation of the Constitutional Convention, the body which, after a long and arduous period of work, has recently presented a new draft constitutional text, which will be accepted or rejected by means of a plebiscite to be held in September of this year. In this context, the purpose of the interview is to analyze and evaluate the most decisive aspects of the constitutional process.

The aim of this research work was to analyse and interpret Alberto Mostajo (Puno, 1896) poem XI, which is included in his book Canción infinita. The interpretation method used was Discourse Analysis. The following categories of analysis were taken into account: a) identification and characterization of voices; b) characterization of the poem as text; c) determination of the meaning of the poem; d) identification of pragmatic features. The results suggest that the author's context conditioned, to some extent, the production of poem XI.
