This study focuses on the problem associated to the few sentences issued in the Judiciary for cases of cyber offenses, requiring effective attention from the authorities. Daily learning activities generate exchanges of ideas, doubts, and explanations between students and teachers. These dialogues and the possibility of asking a teacher questions disappear after classes. New automated communication tools developed with word processing programs, such as chatbots, have proven helpful in commerce and customer service. Some educational institutions are currently exploring the benefits of these programs in student care. This paper describes an exploratory study on the use of educational software and conversational agents in the teaching of programming; the objective is to identify the potential of this type of program to support teachers in the training of programmers and the accompaniment of students in their self-managed learning.

The problem of inferential comprehension of specialized texts by students of general studies at a private university (N=717) was the main axis of analysis in this study. The intention was to know the strategies that they used to understand a scientific text. When we analyzed by means of the factorial analysis the cognitive activities they undertook when reading a text of Psychology, we reached a solution of two factors: F1, macro structural processing; and F2 model of the situation. The intervention of the professors was recommended who must promote their approach to the text and teach them adequate strategies for the comprehension of scientific texts of the courses they are in charge.

The main aim of this exploratory and pre-experimental study is to establish the variations in the distribution of visual attention of translators in training during a reading task with Specialized Extensive Nominal Phrases (hereinafter SNEE). To achieve this goal, a case study was conducted with four translators in training who had to read 10 contexts of a Human Genome corpus that contains SNEE of three and five tokens. Data collection was performed through the eye movement technique and a Likert scale-type questionnaire. The results of this study showed that the distribution of the visual attention of the translators in training presented variations according to the length of the SNEE. This article critically examines the jurisprudential line developed in recent times by the civil chamber of the Chilean Supreme Court regarding the exclusion of credit with state guarantee for the financing of higher education studies of the bankruptcy liquidation procedure. After identifying the conditions of application of the specialty criterion and the principles that inform the bankruptcy proceedings, it is explained why, contrary to what the room maintains, the mechanisms contemplated in title V of Law No. 20.027 are not really special in view of the bankruptcy liquidation procedure regulated by Law No. 20.720. This paper analyzes the process of accreditation of victims in the Special Jurisdiction for Peace (JEP) procedure, in accordance with the requirements of the 100 Brasilia Rules. To this end, it will study the concept of «victim» in both the 100 Brasilia Rules and the SJP, as well as its consequences for the protection of vulnerable populations. Then, it will address the process of accreditation of the victims of the Colombian armed conflict before the JEP, as well as its progress and challenges concerning the rights of the vulnerable population, especially their access to justice. The conclusions will focus on the progress, challenges, and recommendations that emerge from the above analysis.

This work relates to the analysis of a form of specialization based on Data Journalism and news organizations (old Media companies) have been incorporating this specialty as innovation journalism. Data Journalism involves using statistical and visualization tools to create and tell stories better in new and attractive to the Internet audience. It is the evolution of what some years ago was known as Precision Journalism or Desktop Journalism. The article, starting from an analytical contextualization, aims to demonstrate how Data Journalism, whose use is clear from existing technologies linked to data processing, supplementing the various forms and contents, giving way to a new specialty of Journalism and, specifically, Investigative Journalism.

Esta investigación se centra en la implementación de la reingeniería del proceso de medición de los Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) importados por un centro de distribución de una empresa especializada en la venta de productos para la mejora del hogar y materiales de construcción. Para identificar los factores que influyen en el proceso y optimizarlo, se realizó un estudio de tiempos y movimientos del proceso utilizando la herramienta conocida como diagrama de espagueti. Como resultado, se incrementó la productividad y disminuyeron los tiempos muertos, lo que permitió medir en menos tiempo el universo de SKU. El estudio también condujo a la configuración del sistema utilizando datos correctos, lo que facilitó la operación dentro del almacén.

OBJETIVES: To determine the frequency of stillbirth (IUFD) IV in a hospital level of care. MATERIALS AND METHODS: We reviewed the clinical records of all cases of stillbirths recorded in the database of the Directorate of Statistics and Informatics Specialized Maternal Perinatal Institute (IME), occurred between January 1 and December 31, 2003 . Relevant data were processed using the Perinatal Information System V 1.5. RESULTS: During the study period there were a total of 17,869 births, of which 130 were for intrauterine fetal deaths, giving a rate of 7.33 per thousand RNV. Maternal pathologies associated were: anemia in 40% of cases, preterm labor (33.1%) and preeclampsia / eclampsia (15.5%).
