Psychoanalytically oriented psychotherapy has interpreted countertransference as an obstacle to the therapeutic process. Since Freud, the central tradition of psychoanalysis has insisted on the need to control and isolate the therapist’s subjectivity from the analytical field, promoting an attitude characterized by professional neutrality, anonymity, and abstinence. Relational psychoanalysis critiques this old idea, arguing that the subjective life of the psychotherapist, including his countertransference reactions, constitutes a fundamental ingredient of any treatment and that it cannot and should not be dissociated from the therapeutic encounter. This paper addresses some of the relational theorists’ main ideas about countertransference’s nature and function in psychoanalytic psychotherapy. This article reviews the main relational criticisms towards the ideal of analytic neutrali...

This study analyzes whether gender constitutes a modifying circums tance in criminal law. For this purpose, it takes as an example the Spanish case, where in recent decades there has been a change in the criminal policy of the State in favor of a criminal law with a gender perspective, specifically in genderbased violence. The article concludes that the term «gender violence» is appropriate because it responds to the essence of this phenomenon, whose particularities have led to a great impulse to its regulation in the Spanish legal system and in the international context. With a criminal policy of intolerance towards the manifestations of this type of violence, legislation with a gender perspective has been promoted, which has considered appropriate the inclusion of an aggravating modifying circumstance if the criminal acts are committed in a discriminatory manner in relation to ge...

In November 1981, the Popular Natural Medicine Coordinating Team began its work as an initiative of some field health teams. These objectives were set: a. Develop a health system for the South Andean people based on modern medicine and traditional Andean medicine, available to everyone, both culturally and economically. b. Give a scientific basis to traditional Andean medicine. In this article we want to talk about the value of traditional medicine in general, almost always underestimated, and the perspectives of traditional Andean medicine.

Positive psychology, considered as a new vision within psychology, arises with the expectation of knowing the characteristics, processes, and conditions of the optimal functioning of people. This is used to promote a full and meaningful life from the individual perspective to the social projection. This article provides a theoretical-practical analysis of the concepts and applications related to the positive psychology approach; which is addressed from the field of education by promoting a teaching-learning process from and to happiness. Establishing an educational path from and to happiness would imply on the part of the educators a personal commitment to know themselves, to have values, and to pursue goals.

The “ideology” notion has been decontextualized from its critical function to be employed as a discrediting maneuver that disregards debate. This article posits ideological analysis within the basic idea of a critical theory to point out the problems inherent to its dependency to the modern subjectivity paradigm. Afterdiscussing two attempts to preserve some form of ideological analysis by means ofa reconsideration of the aesthetical, we claim the pertinence of a communicationalinterpretation of the critic, ideology and aesthetics notions, which refers them to its founding and normative dimension in the very constitution of the self and its community.

The article addresses a change in the evolution of law from a philosophical perspective. For the author, the immutable conception of Law has been losing strength to give way to a dynamic and no longer absolute interpretation; and the fact is that Law is intimately linked to man, which has been changing in recent times. This situation has generated a conflict, since it is not possible to frame the human being in an immutable juridical structure. For this reason, countless efforts have been made to address this problem. In this context, the author divides the attempts that legal scholars have made to solve this problem into three groups, classifying them as follows: i) logical-scientific foundation, ii) legal conventionalism and iii) practicality. Finally, the author concludes by pointing out that legal research must be oriented towards a conception of man, given that the new law is based ...

An unplanned health care system is like a paper boat carried by a slowly sinking current. In times of disinformation and excessive distraction, investing in better facts on health technology assessment (HTA) will enable more active actions rather than reactive to the market dynamics. This paper aims to raise some reflections on HTA in terms of political context, health technologies and epidemiological priorities. The perspective of HTA is context dependent, intrinsic to its political and institutional articulation. At the moment, the paradox is to maintain a specialized structure in the face of economic austerity policies that reduce health resources, and a scenario of greater interest in raising public funds by the private sector. Particularly in Brazil, HTA will also have to deal with the gradual shift from a universal health system to a minimum portfolio of services offered by the pri...

This article studies abuse from the theoretical psychonal proposal, to understand its causes and prevent it. We review Ferenczi's studies in his famous writing: "Confusion of language between adults and children." In this document it is postulated that the abuse would occur through a type of submission of the child to the aggressor. The concept of identification with the aggressor and the introjection of what is threatening or attacking is developed. All concepts that are developed in this article. Some studies of current psychoanalysts that refer to the works of Ferenczi and Freud are also reviewed. All contribute to understanding the causal factors of mistreatment or abuse. Additionally, we include reflection on the causes of various types of abuse, such as physical, emotional, sexual and gender. All with the assurance that if we understand abuse from its origin and know its causes, th...

This paper is about the relationship between the Law and violence from an environmental perspective. The author indicates that from a historic perspective there is complex relationship between the man and the nature. Then, the conception of the reality influence in how the legal system regulated some aspect related with the environment. From the dialectical interpretation, it is proposed the conflict between the human activity and nature. It is said that the nature reacts due to the affectation that suffers by the human being. Moreover, just the climate change does not affect the environment only, but many activities that are prejudicial also with the environment: the war activities, the modern biotechnologies activities, the bioterrorism threats. The author ask himself if it could talk about the violence against the nature. He indicates that it is reasonable to talk about it from a posi...

Despite his scarce productions, Victor Erice (1940) is one of Spain’s most renowned teacher of film makers. Cult author, slow and obsessed in his themes, jealous on its soberanity as an artist, he made a cinema counterclockwise the rules of the market, although his three productions received important European awards. It is a cinema that talks of universal human issues from the author’s perspective. A film production more proper for a museum than for the mass entertainment circuit.

The article proposes to undertake a reflection on the theme of the popularization of science, namely the need to bring science to large groups of citizen, in the broadest layers of society. As the present has already been made aware of the need for such dissemination of science and its direct impact on social development, you need to comment and discuss the most basic aspects of the subject as, for example, the nomenclature, that is, how to properly call the activity, because the name you provide will depend on the type of actions that are expected to perform the selection of the public to be taken into account, the contents to be taught, and so on. It is also necessary to reflect on how this diffusion has been developed over time, to have a historical perspective to some extent guide the development of actions. Finally, it is necessary to analyze the different strategies that can be use...

The article that we present below collects and suggests clues for reflection about what masculine and feminine mean for adolescents and young people between 14 and 19 years of age in the southern Andean urban context. For this work we take as base material, on the one hand, the observation records of the expressions of some young people in sexuality workshops and, on the other, the surveys elaborated and developed between 1991 and 1992 in the so-called "big towns" of Cusco. (Yanaoca, Pampamarca, Tungasuca), in the context of participatory research "South Andean youth share their problems and perspectives". In this material we inquire about the perception of young people regarding the sexual roles that are assigned to each gender and how they are submerged by them.

There is an infinite range of cultures, peoples, tribes, cultural areas, ethnicities and ethnicities, and this anthropological reality has raised humanity, since the beginning of time, the problem of accepting ourselves as different. A cultural area is a spatial entity within which societies show some similarity or a number of common significant aspects. American anthropology has therefore tried to establish a kind of "maps" on the distribution of traits, groups of traits or cultural complexes in order to determine the centers of cultural diffusion and its route (Cf. Wissler C., 1926; Kroeber H.L., 1939).

This article reviews the different approaches which have been developed to explain the process of economic centralization and financial group formation. Entrepreneur-based views which explain this phenomenon solely on the basis of entrepreneurial stamma are seen first. Those currents which discuss the issues from the point of view of the firm are examined next, including neoclassical, institutionalist, managerialist and new institutionalist contributions. The third section examines some economic and sociological ideas which focus on a loosely defined concept of groups. Hilferding's theory of finance capital and its subsequent developments is then discussed. The article ends with a discussion of the themes and problems raised by this literature.

This review article presents some preliminary considerations and describes the evolution of corporate social responsibility, which is necessary for an informed study of this “tool”.In that sense, the authors resort to a preliminary exploration of the conceptual framework of the legal-economic approach presenting social responsibility and the relationship that subsists with “property rights”,the relevance of “transaction costs”,among other aspects. They also explore the interrelation between social responsibility and its forms of legal exercise and its characterization in areas that involve linking it with workers, unions, and consumers. The aim is to highlight its importance and build a contribution where social responsibility will be studied from an analytical and empirical perspective. Thus, it is sought to conclude that the company considers implementing and complying with...
