In this research work, shell deformations generated by surface forces acting on the shell are described and simulated. The Naghdi and Koiter models are used to describe shell deformations. A weak formulation for the model is obtained, and some results on the existence of solutions are presented. The finite element method is then used to obtain the deformations. In addition, simulations of shell deformations are shown for the case of sectional curvature k = 0.

En la presente investigación se analizó estática y dinámicamente el primer chasis Shell Eco-marathon desarrollada en la Universidad de Ingeniería y Tecnología. La metodología de investigación utilizada fue la propuesta por S. Hernández, donde se presentan las siguientes fases: elaboración de hipótesis y definición de variables, desarrollo del diseño de investigación, definición y selección de la muestra, recolección y análisis de datos. Como resultado final se esperó obtener un chasis apropiadamente analizado bajo cuatro pruebas estáticas y dinámicas. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo detallar el plan de marketing de lubricantes para motos de 4 tiempos de la marca Shell Advance, en el mercado de Lima. Shell es el proveedor número uno en la fabricación y comercialización de lubricantes a nivel mundial por 12 años consecutivos (Kline y Company 2018). Es representado en Perú por su macrodistribuidor Nexo Lubricantes S.A. (empresa del grupo Primax). Dentro del negocio B2C de Nexo Lubricantes, Shell Advance es la tercera marca más vendida (15 % de volumen de venta) que al año 2017 ha tenido una baja inversión de marketing, pero ha visto la oportunidad de crecimiento dado el incremento del parque automotor de motos lineales y trimotos. Peru is among the main cocoa exporters, achieving a notable increase in production and, along with it, a growing generation of waste. These wastes, when destined for landfills, lead to pollution that significantly disturbs the environment. The cob is the main waste and is rescued for its pectin content. In this context, the main objective of this research is to explore the viability of extracting pectin from the cocoa shell (Theobroma cacao L.), coming from waste. of the cocoa industry of Peca-Amazonas. Las cubiertas del ingeniero Eduardo Torroja para el Hipódromo de la Zarzuela, son estructuras reconocidas a nivel mundial debido a su calidad estructural. La cubierta actual fue construida, luego de que fuera seleccionada como ganadora del concurso de Hormigón y Acero en 1934, en el que participaron otros ingenieros y arquitectos. The aim of this study was to evaluate the productive and reproductive performance of the Creole egg hen of green shell eggs of the province of Chota, Cajamarca (Peru). Five hundred eggs were collected and artificially incubated to determine their hatchability. In the resulting chicks, the growth in confinement was evaluated for 16 weeks. Then, the birds were mated (5 females and 1 male) and the production and weight of eggs of six biotypes and the hatchability were determined under natural incubation. Significant differences (p<0.05) were found in the growth and size of the six biotypes evaluated. The birds initiated the oviposition between 17 and 19 weeks of age, with periods of posture of seven weeks interrupted by a broody period that could last up to three weeks. The hatchability was influenced by the conditions and types of incubation.

Se presenta una solución numérica para el análisis estático tridimensional de láminas graduadas funcionalmente con curvatura constante. The chemical and microbiological characteristics of cocoa shell silage (Theobroma cacao L) treated with natural yogurt as an inoculum source for use in animals of zootechnical interest were determined. A total of 25 plastic bags of 1 kg capacity were used, and they were evaluated on days 1, 4, 8, 15 and 30 of fermentation. The chemical indicators were pH, dry matter (DM), crude protein (CP), crude fibre (CF), ash, ethereal extract (EE), nitrogen-free extracts (NFE) and crude energy (CE); and the microbiological indicators were the presence or absence of Escherichia coli, Clostridium spp and Salmonella spp. The silage presented an ideal pH and a good content of DM, CP, ash, NFE, CE and a low level of EE.
