In this paper the application of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is described, and then the service providers cloud computing is identified. The first activity in multicriteria decision- making is to establish the factors that are important to that decision. This has been determined as criteria in selecting cloud providers: accessibility scalability, performance, security. The SEPROCCAHP v01 model has been applied for three groups of students in the course of business logistics. Two groups of students have selected Google, and a third group at Microsoft. The results differ because it depends on value judgments issued in the peer evaluation criteria and alternatives to select.

It shows how the model Black - Litterman in building a portfolio of international assets helps improve the application of the principles on which the theory of portfolio selection proposed by Markowitz is based, allowing a more robust approach for diversified por-tfolios whose weights are modified according to the expectations that have on the performance of each of the assets. The main benefit of the model Black - Litterman is that the portfolio manager can do the analysis iteratively until a portfolio consistent with their expectations, which is an excellent alternative for those investors looking to analyze each of the elements that can influence the performance of their portfolios.

Mine equipment selection is a complex task due to numerous technical, geometrical and economical variables involved. The variety of equipment manufacturers and agents carrying different models, types and sizes make the selection procedure even more complex. The mine planner does not have a tool to correctly select the equipment or fl eet for a project. Simulation fi lls the gap and contributes to this goal. Se estudiaron los parámetros farmacocinéticos estereoespecíficos tras la administración intravenosa de hesperetina, naringenina y eriodictiol en ratas, se caracterizaron y modelaron utilizando el software farmacocinético WinNonlin®. Cada flavanona se sometió a una glucuronidación extensa y se eliminó predominantemente por vías no renales. Se observaron diferencias en los parámetros farmacocinéticos entre los enantiómeros. This paper presents the development of a hybrid system based on Genetic Algorithms, Neural Networks and the GARCH model for the selection of stocks and the management of investment portfolios. The hybrid system comprises four modules: a genetic algorithm for selecting the assets that will form the investment portfolio, the GARCH model for forecasting stock volatility, a neural network for predicting asset returns for the portfolio, and another genetic algorithm for determining the optimal weights for each asset. Portfolio management has consisted of weekly updates over a period of 49 weeks.

The present article proposes to design a model that provides a generic architecture which acts autonomously in public works contracting selection processes, in order to generate an automated decision criterion in the event of a tie. For the Simplified Tender selection process, in case of a tie, it is proposed to choose the bidder by means of an electronic lottery based on a controlled randomization system of encryption and transformation. En el presente artículo científico se presentó un modelo propuesto para el proceso de selección empleando técnicas novedosas, tal como, el reclutamiento 4.0 junto a las plataformas digitales, las cuales, se utilizaron como instrumento para realizar la simulación del modelo en el programa Bizagi. Además, se planteó como objetivo, garantizar la realización del proceso adaptado a las nuevas tendencias del reclutamiento y a las medidas optadas por el Gobierno para frenar el avance de la COVID-19; todo ello permitió obtener como resultado un eficiente y eficaz modelo de proceso de selección que garantizó la disminución de tiempo y costos, como también, el cuidado de los participantes del proceso.

Social networks have impacted society, to such an extent that in many occasions it is more important to be aware of them than any other application on the cell phone, tablet or laptop. On the other hand, the arrival of the covid-19 disease has also impacted the way students, teachers and the education system itself act. The present work aims to select the most suitable social network for higher education support, through computing with words, used to perform the process of computation and reasoning. In addition, the FLINTSTONES program is used to simulate the different models.
