The objective of this article was to analyze the incidence of State contracting processes in the institutional management of the National Police of Peru (PNP), 2014-2018. The research design was non-experimental, applied, correlational and analytical. The population consisted of 370 administrative and police personnel of the PNP Logistics Directorate. The sample comprised 188 workers of the PNP Logistics Directorate. The survey technique made data collection possible. The questionnaire was the fundamental tool together with the observation form instrument. The objective of the research was to determine the cup yield of coffee, according to the roasting process of the caturra and bourbon varieties in three different times (8, 10 and 12 minutes), considering an initial sample entry temperature of 190°C and a final temperature for each time of (190ºC, 208ºC and 214ºC). The methodology used was a cross-sectional experimental type with a complementary randomized block design (DBCA), using the analysis of variance test (ANVA) and the Tukey comparison test at 5%. The results indicated that the bourbon variety is of better quality with a roasting time of 10 minutes and a cup yield of 84.23, while the caturra variety has the same roasting level, but a lower cup yield of 83.65, evaluated by two Q-Grader tasters from the INPROCAFE cooperative. In this work the author addresses the problem of the truth of the facts and their investigation, as well as the role of the judge in the civil process. To this end, the author carefully studies the principles that guide the civil process: the dispositive principle and the inquisitorial principle. Regarding the former, it can be observed that the judge has, in the process, an attenuated role and a limited focus on the knowledge of the facts. In contrast, the second principle gives the judge greater relevance, giving him the direction of the process in the search for the truth. This research is descriptive, simple, aimed at evaluating the reading decode of students in the second grade of Educational Institutions of Callao. The variable was measured through the Battery Assessment Processes Readers, Revised PROLEC-R proposed by Cuetos and others (2007), validated for this research by six experts, with a reliability of Cronbach's alpha of 0.807. It also implemented a pilot test on a sample of 110 students, whose results showed a low level in the dimensions of perceptual and lexical processes in reading. The conclusion is that students have difficulties in acquiring the reading process and have a good development to successfully deal with reading comprehension.

The article seeks to establish, to some extent, the concepts of the teaching that faculty handles. Also, it tries to demystify some “truths” and stereotypes about teaching and that some sectors of the university teachers are still expressing. It also stresses the fact that for exercise teaching it is required a prior preparation since the intuitive education now is not only inappropriate but even dangerous. University teachers need a double profession: the profession itself and that provided by specific teacher preparation for aspects of teaching and pedagogy. Finally, it clearly differentiates the various levels of intervention in the classroom: the presentation, the giving of classes and teaching, stating clearly that to give classes and teaching is not the same thing. The first is often amateurish work obliged and the second is effective and illustrated expertise.

The objective of this research was to deepen the understanding of ethnomathematics developed by masons in the Amazonian regions of Peru. To this end, the mathematical concepts implicit in the masons' practices were identified and analyzed, as well as to understand the role of culture and the natural environment in the configuration of this knowledge. The type of study was considered ethnographic, and consisted of gathering information through observation. A questionnaire was applied, with the purpose of evidencing the procedures carried out by the masons in the resolution of labor calculations using the fundamental operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division) of ethnomathematical origin.
