The information that flows in the justice system, particularly in Peru, is not shared in real time due to the heterogeneity of its information systems and platforms, generating excessive delay in the judicial process. For this reason, they have been developing interoperability models for this sector for more than a decade, highlighting the European model e-CODEX that integrates fourteen countries with diverse and heterogeneous systems and platforms. The purpose of this project is to develop a guidance implementation model that allows the use of different agile methodologies and frameworks in the Human Resources (HR) areas. The project will be carried out in phases, with the first phase being research and analysis. During this stage, successful cases, frameworks, agile methodologies, and complementary literature on agility for HR areas will be analyzed. Secondly, a useful reference and detailed consultation model for agile methodologies and frameworks will be designed with the aim of positively impacting the transformation of processes and services handled by HR specialists and leaders. Finally, this model will be validated based on feedback from HR experts who have some level of affinity with agility applied in their areas.

Based on the need to make accurate decisions in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic in Peru, pandemic in Peru, specifically for the recovery of the tourism sector. For this purpose, a characterization of the behavior of the pandemic was carried out in the first three months of its development, based on the analysis of trends and the determination of the effective reproduction number (Rt) from statistical-mathematical methods. A variant of the SIR mathematical model was applied to forecast the possible evolution of the pandemic. This model was adjusted with the GlobalSearch optimization strategy of the MATLAB software. His solution used the MATLAB function ode23tb, which uses a combined Runge-Kutta algorithm with a trapezoidal rule algorithm. This research analyzed the causes and effects of tax non-compliance in the commerce sector, and punctually to the evasion modality referred to the improper use of sales slips in the wholesale marketing of beer, soda, cosmetics, among other products. At the strategic level, a tax risk management model as a methodological tool is used of to facilitate the understanding of the causes, the formulation of corrective measures to the tax evasion modality analyzed, and the application of these measures in a timely manner and segmented based on the risk profile (behavioral position) of each taxpayer. In this work, we try to find factors that determine the export continuity of Peruvian apparel exporters. Logistic regression has been used because it gives several advantages over other methods where the outcome variable is dichotomous or continuous with few values. Logit model exhibits significant interactions which have been deeply analyzed. Likewise, it was possible an exhaustive residual and goodness-of-fit analysis. Finally, we could validate the model for forecast of export continuity in 2006.

In this work, a non-parametric and deterministic approach based on multidirectional efficiency analysis (MEA) is presented. The proposed model involves MEA with other important mathematical techniques in data analysis, such as the calculation of the NC value for the analysis of groups with different levels of efficiency. Using the multinomial logit (MNL) models, this research has verified the heterogeneity of the urban informal employment sector and the significance of informal wage work for female workers in Lima; Peru. For the analysis of female labor supply, women aged 15-65 in Lima are disaggregated into the seven occupations: non-working, unpaid family work, domestic work, informal wage work, self-employment, formal private sector work, and formal public sector work. The theory of the new household economics is used to identify the determinants of women's labor market participation and occupation choice.
