This article attempts to define and explain the main characteristics of nonprofit organizations in Peru. The principal factors to take into account in order to understand this Third Sector are the historical weakness of the State and public sectors institutions, as well as their authoritarian and exclusionary nature. This article first presents the historical framework necessary in order to explain the context, nature and social functions of currently existing nonprofit organizations. In this work, a non-parametric and deterministic approach based on multidirectional efficiency analysis (MEA) is presented. The proposed model involves MEA with other important mathematical techniques in data analysis, such as the calculation of the NC value for the analysis of groups with different levels of efficiency. This research analyzed the causes and effects of tax non-compliance in the commerce sector, and punctually to the evasion modality referred to the improper use of sales slips in the wholesale marketing of beer, soda, cosmetics, among other products. At the strategic level, a tax risk management model as a methodological tool is used of to facilitate the understanding of the causes, the formulation of corrective measures to the tax evasion modality analyzed, and the application of these measures in a timely manner and segmented based on the risk profile (behavioral position) of each taxpayer. In many cases, internationalization seems to be the way to continue its growth, but the process to achieve it is usually very complicated. This document seeks to analyze some of the variables that determine whether a small company in the non-traditional agricultural sector in Peru continues to export over time. El presente trabajo desarrolla una propuesta de mejora para la línea de producción de sombreros para campo, con el objetivo de reducir reprocesos, optimizar la distribución de materiales y elevar la productividad en el taller de confección. Para ello, se aplicaron tres metodologías complementarias: 5S, SMED y TPM, adaptadas al contexto operativo de la empresa. La metodología 5S se implementó como piloto en el área de producción logrando avances en orden, limpieza y/o reprocesos. This article discusses overweight and obesity and its implications as a huge public health problem in the world and in Peru. It is a problem with rapid growth in recent decades, particularly among younger age groups, and is related to changes in the living conditions of the population. Notable among these changes are the market’s massive growth and the consumption of ultra-processed products, which are gradually replacing natural and minimally processed foods in the population’s diet.
