The study analyzes the various modernization projects at the Faculty of Medicine San Fernando, in the context of a serious institutional crisis at the end of the XXth century. Beginning from the thinking collective and thinking style categories proposed by Ludwick Fleck, we study the social and historical processes related to the different initiatives displayed in the ancient Peruvian school of medicine. Analysis of the different initiatives identified lead us to the hypothesis that San Fernando’s crisis as an academic collective is based in the proper contradictions of an unfinished institutional project that also manifests cyclically asynchronous and dysfunctional to the complex and changing Peruvian society’s institutional and cultural environment. This paper focus on implementation of communication strategies developed in the Rehabilitation of Potable Water and Sewerage Network Lote 3 project, executed between 2013 and 2014 in the district of Comas, north of Lima-Peru, and belonging to the Servicio de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado de Lima (SEDAPAL), company responsible for water and sewage in Lima. As a result, it could be observed that the implementation of a diagnosis of perceptions, the communication plan and the communication and education products allowed to facilitate the design of messages according to the context of the project, taking into account the speeches of the users against and in favor of the project, as well as the objectives sought by the executing company.

The cultural evidences registered and investigated for the San Lorenzo Island Archaeological Project suggest that during island’s prehispanic occupation, the main settlement concentrated on the southern tip of the island, at Caleta de la Cruz. There, a temporary fisher’s camp – and/or guano collectors -- and a cemetery were found. Chronologically, this occupation dates from the end of the Late Intermediate Period through the whole Late Horizon (XV – XVI Centuries A.D.). The presence of spondylus’s fragment and other objects with representations of fishes suggests rites with the cult to the sea and the islands, as well as with the “marine fertility”. In this paper aspects of the development of the dialectical psychology are presented as a theoretical-conceptual orientation and as a way of professional practice for psychologists. Ways of expression of dialectical psychology are expose, analyzing and synthesizing key points relating human emancipation. It's an effort for potentate the psychology science with new models, better strategies and more effective instruments. It's considered that the purpose of dialectical psychology is to develop an emancipator project, as an open task with future perspective in the 50th anniversary of psychology in Peru.

In 2013, President of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Mikhail Nikolaev announced the launch of the republican project Music for Everybody. The organizers of this project –– the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Culture and Spirituality of the republic –– have set the goal to help all children learn one classical musical instrument by their graduation from general education school. For this purpose, the ministries signed an agreement on joint work in order to promulgate the project that was developed and organized by scientists, musicians, and teachers. What is the rationale for the Peruvian Government's decision to sell to nationals and foreigners lots from 250 ha to 1,000 ha with a Base Price of US$ 4,250/ha? The largest lots of 1,000 ha are worth US$ 4,250,000 and the smallest of 250 ha is worth US$ 1,062,500. There is concern about the size of the lots and their price, which would prevent small and medium Peruvian farmers from accessing them. In total there are 51 lots with an area of 37,750 ha: 30 lots of 1,000 ha each; 10 lots of 500 ha each; and 11 lots of 250 ha each. The lot includes the property title and irrigation capacity, with a pressurized surface water allocation per lot: Average of 9,023 m3/ha gross/year or 10,400 m3/ha net/year.

This article shows us the path that had to be developed to establish the Constitution of 1856, first establishing the conditions that questioned the Constitution of Huancayo, observing its marked conservatism. After the triumph of the revolution of 1854, liberal ideas triumphed which were reflected in the constitutional debate of the National Convention of 1855. The 1855 and 1856 biennium would be marked by a series of publications that sought to influence the development of the Constitution of 1856. Within all this panorama the north is the economic modernization of the Peruvian State of the XIX century.

This article analyze the promotion of the Peruvian economy from an Administrative Law perspective. Hereof, it describe the main regulations changes which have generated substantial variations in the process for obtaining several permits, such as environmental management intruments and easement rights, needed for the development of investment projects. In general, those changes are related to the reduction of the terms applicable for its obtainting and the elimination of bureaucracy.In this context, the easement right is one of the most important changes. Hence, its scope, classification, procedure for obtaining and contingencies arise from it are analyzed.Finally, the author proposes an improvent of the legal framework applicable to the easements for the development of mining projects in order to make it a secure way to boost country’s economy.

In this opportunity, we are going to refer to one aspect of the aforementioned line, the second language (L2) component in intercultural bilingual education. La investigación contempla un albergue para adolescentes embarazadas o con hijos recién nacidos en situación de vulnerabilidad en el distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho. El albergue sirve como un lugar de acogida residencial, complementado con una cuna jardín, talleres ocupacionales y espacios de apoyo psicológico y legal, con la finalidad de que las madres adolescentes en estado de abandono, víctimas de violencia familiar o sexual, dispongan tanto de ambientes seguros como de ambientes cómodos. Además, es importante que cuenten con el apoyo de profesionales para que puedan superarse y continuar con su plan de vida al lado de sus hijos.

This article makes an approach to legislation relating to hydraulic power generation resources, and describes problems arising from lack of legislation to protect the identification of a hydroelectric project, propose some guidelines that could be collected in the regulations to enhance the development of energy projects with water resources.The importance of this paper is based in the Peruvian hydroelectric potential to develop the power generation activity, this power must be exploited to the maximum for greater investment in this sector and reduce the infrastructure gap that the country currently has.
