This article describes a technique that uses innovation tools for process improvement aimed at providing new and better ways to apply methodologies, such as PDCA, Six Sigma, kaizen and jidoka, among others, that are currently used in companies. To this end, tools that involve employees of companies whose processes are not reaching the strategic objectives will be used. This methodology consists of six steps: the first three are focused on the definition, measurement and analysis of the problem, while the next three address the design, tests, and implementation and control of the solution. This tool seeks breakthrough results for companies during the process of analysis and implementation of improvements that result from applying the methodology described herein. Using the case method, the proposed methodology is applied to a real case and its results are validated.

Uno de los principales problemas de esta organización es que los procesos de administración de contratos no son una prioridad dentro de las Adquisiciones del NHS, lo que podría reducir cualquier esfuerzo para crear valor y reducir los costos. Por esta razón, el estudio describe y analiza la situación actual de las Adquisiciones del NHS, el uso de la gestión eficaz de contratos en el NHS y el objetivo es proporcionar una base para recomendaciones de mejores prácticas en los procesos de gestión de contratos en las Adquisiciones del NHS. The research achieved the construction of a commercial dryer 25 0kg and 1000 kg industrial, after experiencing different conditions without exceeding temperatures that can damage the labile elements, We can provide information on the importance of automation in the process of drying paprika export in Arequipa region through the accumulation of solar energy in solar collectors industrial dryers paprika. The determining parameters of the process are speed, temperature and relative humidity, moisture product also sun light, while commissioning of centrifugal fans, down time for centrifugal fans proper control and optimization in the drying process. The objective of this study is to optimize the teaching-learning process of the chemistry course at the secondary level in schools in Lambayeque through the use of augmented reality software. This study consisted of applying augmented reality software developed by myself, creating and using cards with augmented reality objects. In this software, students can take their chemistry course class and view each object on the sheet through the application. The purpose of this work is to provide information on cost improvements in SMEs in the brewing sector using lean manufacturing and BPM. A simulation model was created using Arena and Bizagi, where the model was made with the provision of a small brewing company, the indicators used to measure the effectiveness of the model are: distribution cost per bottle, percentage of use of containers, lead time and OTIF, these indicators seek to provide us with the necessary data to validate the process. This document shows us a more complete vision of the use of these tools and the result of their use. It will contribute to academic and professional work on lean manufacturing and BPM in small companies.

The Peruvian construction sector, especially its SMEs, faces critical inefficiencies in supply chain management, particularly in procurement processes. Past research has shown that these inefficiencies lead to significant cost overruns and delays. This study addressed these challenges by implementing a procurement model integrating Lean Construction, Kaizen, and Just-In-Time (JIT). The main challenges identified were excess material purchases (20.12% of cost overruns) and late deliveries (25.84% of operations). The model reduced late deliveries from 25.84% to 8.95% and purchasing errors from 8.49% to 3.33%, confirming its effectiveness.
