Based on the concepts of decision support system (DSS), a framework is presented for IT portfolio selection, which could be adaptable in different degrees to the needs of the different stakeholders of the company. This framework provides a flexible, expandable and interactive DSS to select IT projects for portfolio management A case is showed to demonstrate the practical application of the proposed approach.

Objective. To identify limiting factors in the process of preparing a scientific research project in students of the nursing program at Universidad de Huanuco, 2019. Methods. It was an observational, prospective, and analytical study. Population sample comprised of 60 students. Measurement instruments were: interview guide with general characteristics of the sample. Two questionnaires, preparation of a research project and limiting factors, which were validated. For the statistical analysis, Chi-Square test of independence was used, Odds ratio (OR) estimation and p < 0.05 were performed. Results. Project preparation process in 53.3 % (32) was adequate. Research related to the teaching-learning process, for many years, has been a concern of teachers and researchers to transform the traditional role of the student as a spectator and of the teacher as the main actor. The work presented constitutes part of the research carried out by the authors in the search for proposals that transform the teaching-learning process of physics in pre-university education and their objective is to establish the foundations and recommendations for the use of projects as a method that encourages students to become protagonists of their own learning.

The purpose of the research study was to develop a process model to improve the management of research projects competing for internal grants in a university context with the Business Process Management SaaS approach. Objective: To develop a methodology for the assuranceof the quality of the processes ofthe Program of Maintenance of School Premises in the Region of Tacna to increase its effectiveness. Methodology: lt was used an application design, because it is oriented to solve a problem, which ¡is the lack of a methodology for the development of the processes of the Program of Maintenanceof School Premises. Results: Procedures and format based on flow charts of the School Site Maintenance Program processes were designed, which allowed a better understanding ofthe users. Conclusion: A methodology was developed for the quality assurance of the School Site Maintenance Program, which improved the effectiveness of the maintenance of the educational infrastructure of the Tacna Region.

This article presents reflections on thinking and how it can be enhanced to generate projectual memory applied to the creative process. Thus, design situations, although challenging, will not represent an insurmountable peak of stress. The incorporation of Artificial Intelligence in the process provides feedback that encourages the enhancement of projectual thinking. Thanks to the fact that it makes it possible to visualize the process and ideas that allow the designer to manage, and/or create, tools to successfully approach any situation by returning to the thoughts and inputs used. The path to approach empowerment will be like this: review the faculty of thought; next, approach the projectual in the architectonic. Then, with the sections about conceptual and schematic inputs, communication and the creative process, the journey is consolidated.

Validation of the Management Methodology to improve the execution of Infrastructure projects by Direct Administration of Local Governments in the Jorge Basadre de la Tacna Province. In 2013, President of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Mikhail Nikolaev announced the launch of the republican project Music for Everybody. The organizers of this project –– the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Culture and Spirituality of the republic –– have set the goal to help all children learn one classical musical instrument by their graduation from general education school. This paper describes the process followed by an internarional NFO, ITDG -Practical Solutions, to improve communication impact on its practices and institutional policies. It shows an inventory of the main challenges that NGOs are facing in the field of communication, the inrernarional scenario factors which generate them and the route this organization followed to meet them. The designed program, advances and lessons learned in the way, and also the considerations that must be taken to follow similar processes are described in detail.
