This paper presents a methodology for designing a strategy proportional integral controller (PI) given that the policy will be implemented in an industrial process controller. The design considers the modeling of the plant through analog techniques of system identifi cation. It is used in controller design algorithm discrete digital PI controller that is running the process controller used. Considered for the design specifi cations of closed loop time response primarily to obtain a settling time line that you can be met without exceeding the range of the control signal that can deliver the process controller used. Implement the control system to verify the behavior of the closed loop system in relation to the specifi ed control objective.

The research was carried out in an industrial production and packaging export company of Concholepas concholepas located in the city of Tacna, Peru. Two quality variables that have relevance in the final product were determined, the volume of the container and the percentage proportion of proteins in the unit. After that, the means end analisys diagram was finished, for the variable volume in 452,356 g as average of the process, with upper control limits of 454,514 g and lower limit of 450,198 g. In regard to its range, the central line or average of the range was established at 3.74167 g with an upper control limit of 7.91171 g and a lower limit of 0.0 g. The thesis has two purposes: The first one is to build a mathematical model that better approximates (with respect to the mathematical model in [2]) to the behaviour of the wine fermentation process with the addition of certain amount of nitrogen at some instant of time, based in [2]. This mathematical model is described by mean ordinary differential equations including some parameters which will be identified solving some optimization problems. The main objective of this work to estab1ish the controlled use of heat as a function of the pH in order to destroy all the microorganisms that are this bacterias anaerobic forced thermopiles and essentially mesófilas. The bacteria more resistant esporulada to 1he heat is Clostridium botulinum and it is considered lndicative microorganísm of the sterellization. The mathematical relationships obtained denote the complexity of the operation in the leached and adsorbed gold stage on activated carbon; since significant losses of gold in solution occur in real metallurgical operations. Similarly, in the adsorbed gold operation, it reveals its high kinetics at the beginning and tends to decrease as the process progresses; eventually reaching the maximum gold load that the carbon can accommodate, and then showing the opposite trend. Furthermore, varying the concentration of carbon affects the adsorption operation; that is, the kinetics of gold adsorbed on carbon decreases over time, but the operation has higher kinetics with a larger volume of carbon during adsorption. This research is based on the problem of communication observed in the Academic Office of Research of the UCV: Universidad César Vallejo Campus Chiclayo (AOR-UCVCH), facing such a situation, it was suggested hypothetically that a proposal of organization and control model, focusing on a manual of procedures which overcomes such problem. For this purpose, it was worked with a population composed of 1 820 registered students in the 16 professional schools at Universidad César Vallejo Campus Chiclayo, taking a sample of 406 students from 1st to 10th period of studies. This paper considers the proposal, development and numerical simulation of a system that models the behavior of the treatment of HIV-1 using antiretrovirals. The system defined for three dependent variables of the variable t, denoted by X(t)=(x1 (t), x2 (t), x3 (t)) represent the amount of T Lymphocytes "Helpers" (CD4), number of Cytotoxic T Lymphocytes (CD8) Viral load and infection process of HIV-1 at any time t, respectively. In the present work are defined the steps to follow in order to determine the critical quality attributes in a manufacturing process of a pharmaceutical product. Analyzing the impact and criticality of each of the manufacturing operations in the quality of the product and defining the critical attributes to control. According to the results obtained, it was decided to apply NIR spectroscopy as an alternative to conventional methods to quickly control the critical attributes during the manufacturing process of a powder for suspension. The objective is to build the quality of the final product, controlling critical quality attributes of intermediate products in the same process by applying Process Analytical Technology (PAT).

Nowadays, companies worldwide operate through processes, which generates the need to control each one of them to guarantee efficiency. The objective was to design a process manual for the diagnosis and maintenance of electrical micromobility based on time standards. The study has a quantitative approach, like a feasible project, a documentary design. The sample consists of scientific, technical and manual studies. To collect information, the document analysis technique was applied and the instrument consisted of an analysis matrix.
