Based on the Comparative Law Congress held in London, the author develops the institution of the cession of the contract so that it is admitted in the positive legal regulations. To do this, first cover the legal nature, the characters and their effects of the aforementioned institution. In this article we will study feminicide from positive school. To do this, we will begin with a brief description of each penal school such as the classical, the eclectic and the positive, and then develop with greater breadth each postulate of the positive school focusing on feminicide, a crime that every day increases in our Peruvian society. According to the postulates of the positive school we have the following objectives: To analyze if the study of the offender is sufficient for the prevention advocated by this school, to determine if the free will influences the behavior of the offender and to analyze whether the penalty works as a prevention of femicide.

This study analyzes the relationship that presents 11 aromatic compounds with heterocyclic Schiff bases and substituted in position meta and para with antioxidant activity, using the method UB3LYP/6-311G(d,p) within density functional theory.We determine the parameters: bond dissociation enthalpy (BDE), ionization potential (IP), protons dissociation enthalpy (PDE), affinity of protons (PA), electrons transfer enthalpy (ETE) and radical stabilization energy (RSE), all in gaseous phase. The results show that electrodonorssubstituents increases BDE when they are in position para, IP in position meta and para and ETE in position para. In addition, the electroatractors cause an increase in PDE and PA at position meta and para.

Positive psychology, considered as a new vision within psychology, arises with the expectation of knowing the characteristics, processes, and conditions of the optimal functioning of people. This is used to promote a full and meaningful life from the individual perspective to the social projection. This article provides a theoretical-practical analysis of the concepts and applications related to the positive psychology approach; which is addressed from the field of education by promoting a teaching-learning process from and to happiness. Establishing an educational path from and to happiness would imply on the part of the educators a personal commitment to know themselves, to have values, and to pursue goals.

A 38-year-old man from Lima, with a history of HIV for three years in treatment, presented with a sensation of thermal elevation, nocturnal diaphoresis and productive cough with whitish expectoration; he also had a pulsating bitemporal headache and, one week before admission, he presented shortness of breath associated with sore throat, dysphonia and oppressive chest pain of intensity 6/10. Due to persistence of symptoms, he went to the Emergency Department, where the chest X-ray showed a mediastinal mass, so it was decided to hospitalize him.
