La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar el body positive como estrategia social en la campaña publicitaria "Arriba las mujeres, tal como somos" de una empresa retail, Lima 2023 y se relacionó con el objetivo "Trabajo Decente y Crecimiento Económico" al promover la inclusión y diversidad en su mensaje. El tipo de investigación fue cualitativa, de nivel descriptivo y método hermenéutico. In this article we will study feminicide from positive school. To do this, we will begin with a brief description of each penal school such as the classical, the eclectic and the positive, and then develop with greater breadth each postulate of the positive school focusing on feminicide, a crime that every day increases in our Peruvian society. According to the postulates of the positive school we have the following objectives: To analyze if the study of the offender is sufficient for the prevention advocated by this school, to determine if the free will influences the behavior of the offender and to analyze whether the penalty works as a prevention of femicide.

Positive psychology, considered as a new vision within psychology, arises with the expectation of knowing the characteristics, processes, and conditions of the optimal functioning of people. This is used to promote a full and meaningful life from the individual perspective to the social projection. This article provides a theoretical-practical analysis of the concepts and applications related to the positive psychology approach; which is addressed from the field of education by promoting a teaching-learning process from and to happiness. Establishing an educational path from and to happiness would imply on the part of the educators a personal commitment to know themselves, to have values, and to pursue goals.

Consideration and positive affirmation is classified by the American Psychiatric Association (APA) as one of the most effective therapeutic skills in the clinical area. Therefore, the present research aimed to understand the way in which positive regard and affirmation unfolds: its scope and challenges in clinical practice in two psychotherapists of the clinical specialization; emphasis is placed on psychotherapy with children and adolescents. A qualitative case study methodology was implemented; for this purpose, recordings of the first four intervention sessions of two psychotherapists were used. In this article terms we may use to refer to identities and the meanings of belonging in a multicultural context are considered. For this purpose, we study Stuart Hall’s concept of vernacular cosmopolitism, which recognizes identities as points of suture between discourses and practices; that is, alignments between two scopes: a constitutive outside, and interiority produced by the self. On the other hand, we study the intersectionality approach, which considers that axes of social stratification are mutually organized and interconnected; therefore, identities are not built in relation to fixed groups such as class, ethnic group, nation, but as social positionalities letting the representation of multiple identities to operate simultaneously as possible.
