Cotton crops were one of the most important during the 50 and 80 decades in Northern Sinaloa, Mexico from the economical point of view. However, external factors such as monoculture and sanitary issues caused its disappearance. Due to the need of diversifying the actual pattern of crops grown in the zone, a great possibility of re-growing cotton crop exists. Actually, there is lack of updated information about irrigation and agronomic management practices of the crop. In order to contribute to a new crop planning, an integral programming model was used to estimate planting dates and windows as well as irrigation planning at different operation levels. A mathematical model is built to be adapted for the characteristics of the company import processes and whose objective is to decide which import plan having definitive customs regimen has the minimum total costs. More than 45 years of IEP/TP research and a few focused on IEP/TP functions or roles. Yet, the quality of an IEP/TP relies on the functions that it fulfills to satisfy the needs of its different users (Petitdemange,1985). The Quebec Ministry of Education (MEQ, 2004) and the Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services within the U.S. Department of Education (in Eichler, 1999) explicitly identified and described six to seven IEP/TP functions. However, a literature review and practising environments highlighted a greater number of functions. The goal of this research is to identify the different functions that an IEP/TP should fulfill in regard to the different needs of its diverse users. This article describes how the simultaneous control with artificial intelligence in the “Vaso de leche” (glass of milk) Program will mitigate the irregularities found in the control operations after the exonerations of the selection processes, it was found that this affected the supply timing of the foods of the Program. The computer system for production planning determines what and how much to produce in order to achieve the goals set by clothing small and medium enterprises (SMEs); that is, to meet the demands on time and get the maximum benefit. Using a quantitative approach, a mathematical programming model for goal optimization and the Scrum framework were implemented in the study. In addition, MS Excel software was used for both the mathematical model and databases. The interfaces for data entry and reporting solution were developed in the Java SE platform. The computer system was installed in two SMEs: It increased productivity in both of them and was accepted for its ease of use and quick adaptation. The pandemic did not allow the installation of the computer system in other SMEs.

This plan’s main objective is to determinate if the developing of vocational guide for students is going to be the same or different between private and public high schools from Lima Metropolitana. After a question paper application to a sample of 279 –male and female– just ending high school students, we found several differences between the two kinds of high schools.
