The growth of the exports of the country natural resources and foreign investment in the extractivist sectors are crucial for the development of Peruvian economy. Since the 1990s, the economic development model has been based on the export of commodities and the markets deregulation. In this article we argue that the continuity of the extractivist development model of the country is the consequence of the interaction between the objective and subjective conditions of the Peruvian capitalist development. In 2013, President of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Mikhail Nikolaev announced the launch of the republican project Music for Everybody. The organizers of this project –– the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Culture and Spirituality of the republic –– have set the goal to help all children learn one classical musical instrument by their graduation from general education school. Objective. To identify the relationship between organizational factors and individual factors of e-learning, with the use of it for the purposes of continued education of health professionals, in public and private hospitals. Methods. A non-experimental research has been developed, with a correlational scope, with a sample of 134 health professionals of one private and two public hospitals in Lima, Peru. Results. The use of e-learning for continued education is high (over 70%), with an average of 105 daily minutes of access to training content, and that its main modalities are video conferences and online courses. Peru is one of the countries most affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, where the health crisis quickly provoked a serious socio-economic and political crisis. The fragile Peruvian state was unable to build an effective response to this multifaceted crisis, in this context, we defend the hypothesis that forms of affectivity, solidarity, memory and collective resilience related to the recent past (1980-1990) were reactivated in many rural and urban communities of the country. In this work, we try to find factors that determine the export continuity of Peruvian apparel exporters. Logistic regression has been used because it gives several advantages over other methods where the outcome variable is dichotomous or continuous with few values. Logit model exhibits significant interactions which have been deeply analyzed. Likewise, it was possible an exhaustive residual and goodness-of-fit analysis. Finally, we could validate the model for forecast of export continuity in 2006.

In Peru, the food industry represents 16.52% of GDP and bread is one of the foods that generated the highest consumption; however, despite the demand, bakery SMEs have a negative performance. Poor process management and methods are used affecting its pro- ductivity. Faced with this problem, SMEs in Europe are using the Lean Manufacturing methodology to optimize their processes. That is why this article proposes as a contribution the Lean-Deming Model, which includes tools such as Poka Yoke, Work Standardiza- tion, 5S and Deming Cycle. To validate this contribution, the model was developed in a bakery SME in Lima, Peru in its "pan frances" production line. Given the importance of family businesses in the economy of different countries, and the scope of these only 10% to the third generation, it is necessary to identify the main factors that affect the continuity of this type of companies. For this, it is necessary to review the literature in this regard, in order to identify the main factors that should be considered in the continuity of family businesses. In this respect the main topics proposed by leading researchers at an international level have been analyzed, and applied in the case of family businesses in Peru. This research aims to determine how the quality management, based on the HACCP system (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), influences on the continuous improvement of the Line of Ready Meals in a self-service store of Lima Metropolitan Area to 2015. For this reason, the continuous improvement was studied from two perspectives: Responsibility of food handling personnel and the conditions of process and manufacturing and sanitary facilities. The type of research was pre-experimental; the sample of study was conformed by 16 people who work in the Line of Ready Meals of a self-service store of Lima Metropolitan Area. It is concluded that the HACCP system has had a significant influence on continuous improvement, as well as, on the responsibility of food handlers and the conditions of processing and manufacturing and sanitary facilities of self-service store.

En este trabajo se investiga la noción de imparcialidad mutua para mediciones de grano grueso en sistemas cuánticos con variables continuas. Se muestra que mientras que el procedimiento estándar de granulación gruesa rompe la imparcialidad mutua entre variables conjugadas, dicha imparcialidad puede, en cambio, establecerse teóricamente y observarse experimental- mente con granulación gruesa periódica. Se exhiben los resultados predichos mediante un experimento óptico que implementa la difracción de Fraunhofer a través de una red de difracción periódica, encontrándose excelente acuerdo con la teoría. Nuestros resultados representan un avance importante en el desarrollo de una conexión formal entre la mecánica cuántica de variable discreta y la de variable continua.

Following almost three decades of political instability, economic uncertainty, and activist diplomacy, President Alberto Fujimori in the early 1990s returned a degree of economic and political stability to Peru. To restore the international standing of Peru, he also reoriented Peruvian foreign policy, modifying its direction, content, and tone. In the new millennium, successive Peruvian governments, from Alejandro Toledo to Ollanta Humala, have built on the initiatives introduced by Fujimori with a focus on traditional concerns, including sovereignty, territorial integrity, economic independence, regionalism, and continental solidarity. Notable for both continuity and coherence, Peruvian foreign policy after 2000 also evidenced a degree of pragmatism when an increasingly complex world called for new solutions to old problems.

This article analyzes the national and international regulation of continuous and instantaneous performance contracts, focusing on the incomplete nature of this regulation and its impact on legal certainty.The authors propose a classification based on the role of time in contractual performance and satisfaction of the creditor’s interest. In the last stage of development of capitalism, transfers of businesses are frequent. For this purpose, legal systems have regulated procedures to protect creditors and shareholders.
