This article is studied the optimal control of distributed parameter systems applied to an environmental pollution problem. The model consists of a differential equation partial parabolic modeling of a pollutant transport in a fluid. The model is considered the speed with which the pollutant spreads in the environment and degradation that suffers the contaminant by the presence of a factor biological inhibitor, which breaks the contaminant at a rate that is not dependent on space and time.Using the method of Lagrange multipliers is possible to prove the existence solving the problem of control and obtaining optimality conditions for optimal control.

This paper presents an optimal control strategy for the Zika virus disease with sexual transmission. A mathematical model for the transmission of the Zika virus is considered with three preventive measures as control, namely: the prevention of the sexual contagion with the use of condoms and the orientation in the transmission of Zika in the homosexual and heterosexual relations, the campaigns against vectors and the protection of the society regarding the contagion by mosquito bites. We examine the implementation of various combinations of the control strategies in order to determine the most cost-effective one. El método sugerido aprende los patrones de comportamiento de las máquinas de extrusión en diversas condiciones de funcionamiento y ajusta dinámicamente los parámetros de tensión y temperatura para lograr una gestión más rápida y precisa. The predictive control (MPC) is an advanced control strategy widely used in industrial processes. MPC is also one of the most active areas of research in the theory of control. Subjects such as optimality, stability and robustness are well known, especially for linear systems. However, despite this large adoption, both in the media industry and academics, little has been written about how these drivers are implemented in practice. This article tries to fill this gap, introducing the development of systems optimization and MPC, and discussing their integration into a hierarchical control structure. The proposed integrated control scheme is applied to the Tennessee Eastman plant, and the results show the effectiveness of the proposed strategy for optimal control of processes.

The experimental research will be carried out in a consumption company in Perú. The main problem is the lack of traceability and pallet management in their distribution centers, which leads to an annual loss of 175 thousand dollars. The methodology used was the SLP, particularly the matrix of quantity, distance and effort with the objective of carrying out an adequate layout design and the implementation of a barcode for a correct management and tracking of the pallets. The research will be carried out in distribution center D, reducing the percentage of lost pallets by 18% and showing a savings of 32% in the supply of indirect materials at least annually.

The degree of spatial correlation between the regions shows that there is a contagion effect at the crime level, especially in the peripheral regions of Lima. A positive relationship has been found that progresses from region to region, from district to district, with positive trends and clear dependencies with income levels and population density, especially in the districts located in the cones, confirming that the model can contrast reality and predict future scenarios in terms of crime levels. Although the technology related to information storage is limited, we present an alternative for data collection and some codes for storing large volumes of data, especially those related to the georeferenced positions of high crime areas, which have served to find patterns of regional expansion of criminal acts, monitor them and propose alternatives for improvement.

In the present work, necessary and sufficient optimality conditions are presented for the solution to a mínimum time problem. These conditions are established by the principle of the Pontryagin maximum, as a necessary and sufficient condition. In addition, the principle of the Pontryagin maximum is used in the search for the solution to an optimal control problem of mechanical origin.

In recent decades, Peru has experienced a 2.8% GDP growth, thanks to the gastronomic sector. Engaging in the food business has thus become a robust source of income for the country. Despite this, certain companies face internal issues related to the stocks managed by restaurants, as their staff lacks the necessary knowledge to handle inventory. Objective: To optimize the internal quality control of real-time RT-PCR for the qualitative detection of SARS-CoV-2, using the Cq values ​​of negative and positive controls. Material and method: Prospective-longitudinal study. The sample consisted of 143 Cq values ​​for the negative aliquot and extraction controls, as well as for the positive control. The normal distribution of Cq values ​​was analyzed using the Anderson-Darling (AD) test and randomness tests were applied. Control limits were calculated from 51 Cq values, and then, using control charts, to monitor 92 Cq values ​​obtained from November 2020 to March 2021.
