A network is an acyclic directed graph in which there are sources that have some messages and want to transmit to receivers through the combination of messages in intermediate nodes. The goal is to find a collection of functions that allow to combine messages in order to satisfy the demand of the receivers. In this paper, we study the fractional solvability problem of a network using an extension of the solvability problem in closure operators given by Gadouleau in 2013. We define linear programming problems via the desired extension in order to study capacities; using some information inequalities and characteristic-dependent linear rank inequalities, we obtain upper bounds on linear capacity of some networks and closure operators over some fields.

En la presente revisión, y apoyándonos en nuestra experiencia en el Hospital Comarcal de Jaca, intentaremos poner de relieve y discutir los beneficios y los problemas que generan las unidades de cirugía sin ingreso. Analizaremos los distintos tipos de programas ambulatorios y los modelos de unidad quirúrgica, mostrando sus ventajas e inconvenientes. Por último, intentaremos proponer diversas líneas para mejorar la calidad ofertada, la satisfacción del usuario y la relación coste / efectividad de los procesos quirúrgicos.

In this article, we prove the existence and uniqueness of the solution of the homogeneous generalized Schrödinger equation of order m in the periodic distributional space P0, where m is an even number not a multiple of four. Furthermore, we prove that the solution depends continuously respect to the initial data in P0. Introducing a family of weakly continuous operators, we prove that this family is a group in P0. Then, with this family of operators, we get a fine version of the existence and dependency continuous theorem obtained. Finally, we give the conclusions and remarks derived from this study.

The innovation does not have a model or path previously defined so it is possible to promote the innovation since the demand so a key factor is the big buyer. For this purpose, it is important to generate an environment of collaboration between customers and suppliers. It is relevant to understand the mechanism to do contracts so the key customer could be promote new ideas to solve operating problems and at the same time increase the competitive position of supplier, customer and the country.

The sales and operations planning process has to continually evolve before the new integration dimensions in the company supply and demand areas; for many years this concept has not been well understood in the companies. The inputs and outputs of this process should be clearly individualized and accepted as responsibilities of a determined business area. A new management architecture, corresponding to this scenario, is proposed and discussed in this document. A review of the computer support requirements for this process is undertaken. The required logic is also explained, highlighting the problems of corporate culture that arise in response to these changes and how they should be avoided. The common mistakes that companies make facing this need and the key success factors for an adequate deployment are also pointed out.

The author analyzes the problem of the application of life imprisonment in the crime of rape of minors, provided for in Article 173 of the Peruvian Criminal Code. The research problem arose from the need to implement a system to remotely manage the traffic operations of the network of traffic lights to reduce vehicular congestion. The procedure involved designing the placement of electronic sensors to track the number of vehicles in the area. This allowed for the testing of different operational strategies for modifying the timing of the traffic light signals. A simulation model was used to test these strategies in seven intersections on Av. Petit Thouars in Lima, between Av. Alejandro Tirado and Av. 28 de Julio. Detectors were installed at the access points of secondary access streets to the main road (Av. Petit Thouars) which yielded cumulative positive results. Alternatives 1 and 2 produced a 59% reduction in queues, thus demonstrating the validity of the general hypothesis.
