This research shows the results of the research developed, whose objective was to design a knowledge management model for the Huánuco SFPQW. The research was divided into two phases: the first qualitative, which allowed developing the proposed conceptual model and the second quantitative, which empirically confirmed the conceptual model. It was analyzed through case studies in 3 areas of the SFPQW with semi-structured interviews addressed to the bosses of mentioned areas, also through direct observation and documentation of the SFPQW. It was explored empirically the way through which workers employed the knowledge management and through this was developed the model divided in three phases: the generation, transfer and integration of knowledge. Since 2012-2013 influenza season, World Health Organization (who) recommends the formulation of tetravalent vaccines. Globally, many countries already use tetravalent vaccines in their national immunization programs, while in Latin America only a small number. Two Influenza b lineages co-circulate, their epidemiological behavior is unpredictable. On average they represent 22.6% of influenza cases and more than 50% in predominant seasons. The lack of concordance between recommended and circulating strains was 25 and 32% in the 2010-2017 and 2000-2013 seasons, respectively. There are no clinical differences between influenza A and B. It occurs more frequently from five to 19 years of age. Influenza b has a higher proportion of attributable deaths than influenza a (1.1 vs. 0.4%), or 2.65 (95% ci 1.18-5.94). Começamos a pesquisa nos perguntando em que medida um programa de coaching diminuirá o nível de Síndrome de Burnout que os trabalhadores têm na Universidade Nacional do Peru Central. O objetivo da pesquisa é verificar como o coaching diminui o nível de Burnout apresentado pelos trabalhadores da instituição. Objectives. To know the levels of child development and explore its relationship with socioeconomic status and maternal education. Methods. Quantitative – exploratory study done between March and August 2013. The study include information about 5859 children of 1- 24 months at the interview and their 5723 mothers (or primary caregiver), from 5620 rural homes. We applied an adapted version of Age and Stages Questionnaire ASQ-3 and a socio-demographic questionnaire. Results. Scores in the scales of communication and fine motor showed that, as age is higher, the gap in the results of the scales increases. Introduction. Type 2 diabetes is a public health problem whose management is very complex, recognizingmultiple problems and limitations for an adequate control of the disease. Objective. To determine the effect of educational program added to the usual treatment, in the control of patients with type 2 diabetes in a peruvian national hospital. Methods. A longitudinal analytical study of three months of follow-up was conducted. Introduction: The Integral Health Insurance started a support program to finance renal replacement therapies. Objetive: We present preliminary results of the Pilot Program Renal Transplantation of Cayetano Heredía National Hospital – Public Health. Material and method: Case series of renal transplantation period 2007 to 2009. Results: we performed 32 living-related donor 30 (93.75%), unrelated 1 (3.13%), cadáver 1 (3.13%), 14 (43.75%) men, 18 (56.25%) women, 18 (56.25%) children and 14 (43.75%) adults. The average age was 21.5 ± 12.14 years (9.3 – 65.3), average waiting time on díalysis was 2.04 ± 1.79 (0.3 – 6.36) years. This investigation was done in order to identify students with low levels of protective factors in suicidal risk (assertiveness, effective communication, self-esteem, decision making), evaluated with a questionnaire Ad Hoc (authors) and complementary the suicide risk, assessed with the Suicide Risk Questionnaire of Plutchik, in130 students of second, third and fourth year of a State School in the town of Huánuco, Peru. 29% (38 students) fulfill the inclusion criteria mentioned. Objectives. To know receptive vocabulary levels in mothers and oldest brothers of children in rural areas and explore their relationships with socioeconomic status and maternal education. Methods. Quantitative study done between March and August 2013. We collected data from 5723 mothers and 3487 oldest brothers. We used the Peabody Picture Vocabulary Test (TVIP), and a sociodemographic questionnaire. Results. Mothers reach an average score of 72.7 points in TVIP and socioeconomic gradients of maternal vocabulary showed a horizontal trend in major and minor groups wealth. Brothers obtained an average score of 32.4, respectively, establishing gradients defined by levels of wealth and maternal education.
