This paper investigates whether the sensory development of children living in welfare institutions, and therefore in an unfamiliar environment, processing and consequently have a different sensory profile of children who show that they operate in an environment family. Were selected for 51 children belonging to portuguese child protection centers, and 87 who lived with their families, all in the vicinity of the 4 years of age. Therefore, the total sample was composed of 138 individuals. Given the young age of the children did not respond to the questionnaires themselves, but were concerned adults who facilitated this information, educators in the case of smaller centers, and parents in the other case. In this research the problem is the generation of wastage in the home dispatch (HD) process and in the reverse logistics of a retail sector company, so its main objective will be to reduce them. The DMAIC methodology was used for process improvement. The engineering tools used correspond to Lean Six Sigma such as process standardization and Poka Yoke. After simulating the improvement proposal with the Arena software, the main results obtained were, at 95% confidence, the reduction in the number of reentries, wastage, and absenteeism, as evidenced by the decrease in the confidence interval limits. This study aims to enhance customer satisfaction in the medical uniforms sector through the implementation of process management, focusing on the Net Promoter Score (NPS). Over eight months, the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) method was applied, assessing its impact through surveys on a sample of 378 customers. The mixed-methodological approach integrates quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate the influence of process management on customer satisfaction. The objective of this study was to evaluate the perfomance of the process of lamination of the endosperm of corn in an agricultural company by means of the capability indices of processes, (PCI), low two focuses: traditional and bayesian. Both PCI was evaluated with simulated data under different suppositions. To the real case the results obtained by the bayesian PCI were Ĉb (D) = 0,81, while the traditional was Ĉp = 0,46 and Ĉpk = 0,81. It is concluded that the process of lamination is not capable. With regard to the simulated data, the results correspond to 100 samples of size 50, under three conditions: 1) the process is capable, centered and normal distributed. 2) It not process capable, not centered and normal. 3) The process is lightly capable, not centered and normal. This article presents the virtues and results of the order for payment process applied in other latitudes to show that it is a process that, far from the discussion of its legal nature, manages to resolve conflicts submitted to this in a reasonable time. Then, the minor labor processes that are processed under Law No. 29497 are analyzed. It is concluded that these processes can be adapted or submitted to the order for payment process, which would allow their processing and resolution to be carried out within a reasonable time, thus achieving the speed proclaimed by the new labor procedural law.

El caso trata sobre la disputa de tenencia del menor Pablo Dante Alberto Larico Núñez. La madre, Marylin Núñez, denunció que el padre lo sustrajo violentamente en 2016 y restringió el contacto, alegando además que el entorno paterno era riesgoso por antecedentes de abuso sexual de familiares. El padre sostuvo que la madre le entregó voluntariamente al niño en 2014 y que desde entonces él fue su cuidador principal, presentando pruebas de convivencia estable y entorno seguro. En primera y segunda instancia, se otorgó la tenencia al padre, priorizando la estabilidad del menor. Similarly, in the adsorbed gold operation, it reveals its high kinetics at the beginning and tends to decrease as the process progresses; eventually reaching the maximum gold load that the carbon can accommodate, and then showing the opposite trend. The first is to expose the reasons why ex officio promotion in the execution stage of labor processes is an obligation of judges to make the right to effective jurisdictional protection a reality. The second is to present the practice of this ex officio impulse in a labor lawyer's peace court and the consequences of it. The purpose of this study is to know the composition of the fractions of distillates wort for the production of Pisco, two of the main grape varieties for their manufacture: Torontel and broken. The analysis was performed by the method of gas chromatography to follow the standard technique for the analysis of Peruvian Pisco. We analyzed 24 of distillate fractions obtained from two grape must Torontel and shakes, obtained by natural fermentation.The grape shakes presents a greater concentration of higher alcohols that must of torontel, but lesser amount of esters that the latter. This paper evaluates the performance of process capability indices, PCI in non-normal situations percentiles using the methods of Clements (CCP CCpk) and Burr (BCP BCpk). Although the PCI is used in industry, there is insuffi cient literature to determine their accuracy by taking into account moderate and severe deviations of the normality. To study these deviations, it performs a comparison of both methods considering simulated data distributions with the Weibull, Lognormal, Beta and Generalized Pareto, GP. In calculating the PCI the CCpk generates smaller deviations with the Weibull distribution, whereas that the BCpk, deviations are higher. On the other side with each distribution the BCP generates lower average deviation from the CCP. Finally a real case considering the distribution GP.
