The research provides knowledge of a relevant indicator to ensure educational quality in the master's programs from the Faculty of Education of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (UNMSM), aiming to establish the level of global student satisfaction and by dimensions, using for its study the quantitative approach, non-experimental design, transversal and descriptive. In the accidental non-probabilistic sample, 217 students participated. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire consisting of 38 items with likert rating scale responses, and design was performed considering three dimensions of the matrix of standards of the National System of Evaluation, Accreditation and Certification of Educational Quality (SINEACE). Different fellowships programs to public school teachers have been developed in Latin-American. In Perú, this new program has been managed by Pronabec financing fellowships for teachers of different regions during 2014-2015. Thisstudy is addressed to analyze the teachers´ dilemmas faced when they applied; and, explore the future professional perspectives of this kind of teacher. The qualitative method implies a documental analysis and survey with open answers to 20 teachers. Four types of dilemmas were identified–master versus family, master versus school, master versus another study, master versus no migration–, and eight possible futures scenarios related to the professional, academic, and unionpolitical fields.

The present research work is inherent to how to confront discrimination in Peru, particularly in the Cusco Region, from a regulatory proposal of the postgraduate units of two universities in Cusco. This paper aims to explain and present a proposal to introduce Disaster Risk Management (DRM) topics into ESAN Graduate School of Business Master’s programs. Although disasters have cost Peru more than USD 7,600 million in the past 2 decades the business sector, particularly Small and Medium Enterprises, have not developed preventive or continuity plans mainly because they are not familiar with DRM topics. Taking this into consideration, the paper presents a detailed academic/curricular proposal for DRM topics such as business continuity, business ethics, corporate social responsibility, and sustainable management. Additionally, it introduces the idea of promoting Disaster Risk Management (DRM) topics to the Peruvian business community as a strategy to enhance the graduate education.

The general objective of the research was to implement an ergonomic program to reduce musculoskeletal disorders in the workshop of Master Drilling Peru 2021. The research was quantitative, pre-experimental design. The population was 6 people. The instruments were the UGT Guide of Catalonia, RM 375 and the REBA Field Sheet. In the first place, the jobs were detected, finding that all the positions evaluated presented ergonomic danger due to lifting loads, repetitive movements and forced postures. La investigación tuvo como objetivo Comprobar que el programa de capacitación en las TIC mejora el manejo del paquete office de los docentes del IESTP “Alto Mayo”, provincia de Moyobamba, 2019, en donde el tipo de investigación es aplicada, con un enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño pre experimental, las técnicas utilizadas fueron: la experimentación, observación y análisis de datos y el instrumento: Prueba sobre manejo del paquete office, se trabajó con una población y muestra 30 docentes, de los cuales 17 son varones y 13 son mujeres seleccionados con un muestreo no probabilístico. The permanent improvement of professionals in Cuba is a priority of Higher Education, universities make countless efforts to guarantee it in all its areas; In the case of mathematics teachers, this is essential, because in addition to the difficulties in learning its contents, there is a great variety in the training of the teachers who teach it. The master's degree in University Mathematical Education, which is developed at the University of Holguín, tries to address this situation from the permanent training of professionals who work as teachers of this discipline in Higher Education. In this article, some of the experiences and results obtained in this program are disclosed, as well as its impact on the territory of Holguin.

El Ministerio de Educación peruano establece explícitamente el enfoque comunicativo como la metodología de preferencia para desarrollar la comunicación en las clases de inglés. Este estudio investigó el conocimiento de los principios de CLT por profesores de inglés, participantes del Programa de Maestría de Enseñanza de Inglés como Lengua Extranjera (TEFL) en la Universidad Nacional de Educación Enrique Guzmán y Valle, La Molina, Lima, 2016. La exclusión social ha sido una característica de larga data en América Latina. Los países de la región han estado promoviendo, en los últimos veinte años, procesos de transformación o construcción de sus sistemas de protección social destinados a reducir la pobreza y la exclusión social. Los programas de Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) se crearon con este objetivo. Se persiguieron tres objetivos. Primero, identificar la forma en que JUNTOS entiende la pobreza de género. En segundo lugar, identificar los impactos positivos y negativos de JUNTOS en sus mujeres beneficiarias pobres. Tercero, identificar sugerencias para mejorar JUNTOS en materia de pobreza de género. Para lograr esto, se realizaron investigaciones de escritorio y entrevistas cualitativas con expertos locales peruanos en el campo. Los resultados muestran que JUNTOS carece de una lente de género, a pesar de avanzar en los medios de vida de las mujeres y de estar enmarcados en acuerdos de igualdad de género. El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la efectividad de un Programa Integral de Educación Sexual sobre la Prevención de Infecciones de Transmisión Sexual, en los alumnos del primer ciclo de la Universidad Privada del Norte sede Lima Norte. Respecto a los aspectos metodológicos del trabajo, el tipo de investigación fue el explicativo y el nivel aplicado. La población estuvo conformada por los 2300 alumnos del primer ciclo de la Universidad Privada del Norte, Sede Lima Norte. El tamaño de la muestra fue de 141 alumnos, a los cuales se les aplicó el instrumento que constó de 15 preguntas, utilizando alternativas de respuesta múltiple.
