The article provides a detailed analysis of the labor regime for artists, highlighting the specific legislation aimed at protecting their rights and benefits in Peru, represented by Decree Law 19479 and Regulatory Supreme Decree No. 010-73-TR. This legislation seeks to adapt the principles of Labor Law to the particularities and demands of the artistic sector. In this regard, the author recognizes the importance of establishing a specific legal treatment for the sector as they are considered special workers with unique needs and characteristics. El presente proyecto de investigación, se tuvo como propósito principal la sustitución de cemento por la adición de cenizas volantes de centrales termoeléctricas en el concreto con F´c=280Kg/cm2 para pavimentos rígidos, donde la investigación es experimental, cuasi – experimental que será aplicada, se hizo muestras de 96 probetas; teniendo ensayos de compresión y flexión, donde se hicieron 4 diseños, el concreto patrón sin adición de cenizas volantes, con adición de 5% de cenizas volantes, con 10% de adición de cenizas volantes y con 15% de adición de cenizas volantes, basándome en normas técnicas como el astm entre otros, los resultados fueron excelentes en la resistencias de compresión y flexión, con una compresión máxima de 385Kg/cm2 y una resistencia de flexión de 38.7Kg/cm2 con adición de 10% de cenizas volantes como sustitución del cemento. It has conducted a quantitative study of electronic 3 placentas of Cerro de Pasco micrographs (height, 4,330 m.), 4 placentas of Puno (3,850 m.) And 4 placentas of Lima (150 m.). It has been determined that the area of the villous surface determined by light microscopy is increased due to the presence of microvillos by a factor of 5.23 in Cerro de Pasco, Puno 3.50 and 3.03 in Lima (mean values). As a result, the area of maternal-fetal exchange is of 60.72 m2 in Cerro de Pasco, Puno 38.92 m2 and 26.60 m2 in Lima. The finding is interpreted as an adaptive mechanism of the placenta in height to the situation of hypoxia, to favor the phenomena of maternal-fetal exchange. Simple linear measurements of the thickness of the placenta showed no difference between groups in height and sea level. Este estudio se enfocó en analizar el diseño del shotcrete vía húmeda para construir el sostenimiento de la rampa 8213. Se diseñó las proporciones adecuadas de materiales para preparar el concreto y así obtener una resistencia temprana adecuada. Se adoptó un enfoque aplicado y descriptivo, empleando el método inductivo-deductivo. El diseño fue correlacional-causal no experimental de corte transversal. La muestra está conformada por la rampa 8213 en el nivel 800 Sector Intermedio en la unidad minera Paragsha. La recopilación de datos se realizó mediante observación directa y análisis documental, usando la ficha de registro. To this extent, the existence of systems that stimulate direct negotiation should be encouraged, with the parties participating directly in the resolution of their issues. The application of the most favourable rule or regime in labour law is not as simple as its name suggests. Different rules, criteria and assumptions have to be assessed in each case, which makes it difficult to find the most favourable rule. In this sense, this paper offers a guide to address and find an answer to this problem. However, the author argues that before determining what is to be understood by "more favourable rule", certain preliminary questions need to be clarified, such as (i) the hierarchy of norms, (ii) the imperative force of norms, (iii) the concurrence of norms, and (iv) the principle of the "minimum rule". Once all these points are understood, it will be possible to analyse their interrelationship and in this way to find the "operative mark" of the most favourable rule. The salary is an essential element of the employment relationship. Work is, by definition and by substance, paid work, and it is in this dimension that it constitutes the subject matter of labor law, to which the modalities of unpaid human labor, whether slavery or servitude, which the law rejects, whether altruistic or recreational activities, are foreign. The salary represents, therefore, one of the capital issues for legal analysis, not only in its conceptualization, definition, classification and integration, but also in the protection and guarantee of its level or amount, its integrity, its intangibility, its inseverability and unseizability, and its privileges.

This article deals with serious labor misconduct, a concept that justifies the termination of the employment contract. The author presents different systems of classification of misconduct, including enumerative, open and mixed systems, highlighting the importance of case law in the interpretation of labor laws. In addition, he addresses the types of serious misconduct and their impact on labor stability, such as unjustified failure to comply with obligations and decrease in quality or quantity of work.
