Since the growing health crisis produced by COVID-19, our economic, social, and judicial environment has undergone several changes. Among these changes are the measures adopted by the judiciary to continue protecting rights and to continue with «normality» in its own work. This article comments on Directive No. 007-2020-CE-PJ approved by Administrative Resolution of the Executive Council of the Judiciary No. 000167-2020-CE-PJ, which implemented the «Simplified and Virtual Process of Food for Children and Adolescents». Indeed, it will be analyzed its main scopes and relevant modifications with regards to the traditional process. Likewise, the experience of the Superior Court of Justice of La Libertad with respect to the implementation of the virtual form of food demand will be taken into consideration.

Esta investigación se centra en la implementación de la reingeniería del proceso de medición de los Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) importados por un centro de distribución de una empresa especializada en la venta de productos para la mejora del hogar y materiales de construcción. Para identificar los factores que influyen en el proceso y optimizarlo, se realizó un estudio de tiempos y movimientos del proceso utilizando la herramienta conocida como diagrama de espagueti. Como resultado, se incrementó la productividad y disminuyeron los tiempos muertos, lo que permitió medir en menos tiempo el universo de SKU. El estudio también condujo a la configuración del sistema utilizando datos correctos, lo que facilitó la operación dentro del almacén.

This article presents the virtues and results of the order for payment process applied in other latitudes to show that it is a process that, far from the discussion of its legal nature, manages to resolve conflicts submitted to this in a reasonable time. Then, the minor labor processes that are processed under Law No. 29497 are analyzed. It is concluded that these processes can be adapted or submitted to the order for payment process, which would allow their processing and resolution to be carried out within a reasonable time, thus achieving the speed proclaimed by the new labor procedural law.

Local state structure and local government (gestion) are shaped by spaces and personalities whose political and social relations generate unexpected effects. In this article, I explore this dynamic through an ethnography conducted with local municipal authorities at a swearing-in ceremony for the Urubamba Provincial Council (Junta) of Chicha Producers (Ajawasis) and a Carnaval Fiesta sponsored by the municipality. Specifically, the article analyzes how affects, histories, rumors and memories enter into tension with more formal or normative arenas of government, including established adminsitrative and legal processes. In this sense, the study of the three-dimensional theory of evidence; evidence as a fundamental right; the issue of the exclusion of evidence; the means of evidence admissible in the labor process; the opportunity to offer them and their performance; the exceptionality of ex officio evidence; the burden of proof and its reversal; evidence; what should be understood by evaluation of evidence; as well as presumptions in the labor process, in order to, finally, formulate the respective conclusions.

The notion of analytical process is essential to understand the task of theoretical research in Economic Science, because it is explicable only those items that can be expressed as a process. The explanation for a set of social facts related to any economic activity only can be performed with a theory, which arises considering an analytical process. The complexity of social reality must be simplified by abstraction, this requires to recognize two fundamental notions: the aritmomorphic and the adduction.
