This paper focus on implementation of communication strategies developed in the Rehabilitation of Potable Water and Sewerage Network Lote 3 project, executed between 2013 and 2014 in the district of Comas, north of Lima-Peru, and belonging to the Servicio de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado de Lima (SEDAPAL), company responsible for water and sewage in Lima. As a result, it could be observed that the implementation of a diagnosis of perceptions, the communication plan and the communication and education products allowed to facilitate the design of messages according to the context of the project, taking into account the speeches of the users against and in favor of the project, as well as the objectives sought by the executing company.

En cuanto al proyecto de consultoría que se ha llevado a cabo para Recidar, encierra un enfoque innovador para garantizar un futuro viable a su compromiso social de abogar por procesos de economía circular en Lima. La iniciativa recomendada se construye a través de la colaboración con diferentes actores clave que permitirán optimizar el alcance y la profundidad de la nueva Recidar. La asociación con actores locales clave es la clave para que Recidar desarrolle una mejor vía para su visión a largo plazo. Dado que Recidar está actualmente atascada con el alto nivel de actividad que se le exige a diario, el trabajo externo propuesto le dará una nueva visión para construir adecuadamente su negocio de modo que pueda resistir a las importantes fluctuaciones del entorno externo en el que opera.

The gamitana is a fish native to the Amazon and Orinoco River basin, with a growing demand in Peru, especially in supermarkets and restaurants specializing in traditional Amazonian jungle cuisine, with an estimated demand of approximately 600 kilos per week, due to the product’s quality, homogeneous organoleptic properties, strict quality control, certifications and product auditing.The objectives of this study are to redefine the strategy and redesign the supply chain of Puñizas SAC, a familyrun company located in Junín dedicated to gamitana production and distribution to supermarkets and Amazonian restaurants in Lima, in order to add value to clients focused on product (gamitana) flow.

El objetivo de esta investigación fue comprobar la viabilidad del plan de negocio Golden Project, que busca impulsar nuevos emprendimientos de los ciudadanos limeños, con el fin de respaldar la subsistencia de nuevas empresas en ejercicio con riesgo a su morbilidad. This study analyzes through a qualitative study of 4 focus groups (n=13) the meanings and effects of volunteering reported by volunteers of the Lima 2019 Pan American and Parapan American Games and the Special Legacy Project. On a personal level, positive emotions are reported, linked to the awareness of having been part of historic events, as well as experiences of personal and interpersonal growth. From the social point of view, favorable effects are reported for the construction of a sense of community, civic awareness and national pride. In the institutional framework, organizational and management aspects are identified that favor favorable conditions for the development of volunteer experiences that generate positive effects both personally and socially.

The positions of Peruvian intellectuals and artists upon the monument to Colonel Francisco Bolognesi are presented in two contexts separated for nearly half a century: the inauguration in 1905 and the replacement of the statue of the hero in 1954. The aim is to understand how the change of sen sibility from martyr to victorious hero was developed with respect to the colonel of Arica, which legitimized the substitution of the sculptural work. The context of the Covid-19 pandemic evidenced a health, economic, and social system crisis, heavily impacting Peruvian citizens. Social groups and inhabitants of vulnerable areas founded initiatives to resist the pandemic collectively. One of them was El Tambo project, located in Villa María del Triunfo (Lima) which was executed by the residents of El Pedregal (human settlement), with volunteers from Killari and Entre Arquitectos social groups. The objective was to support families in El Pedregal, attend to their food needs, empower them to start managing their economic resources through a communal bakery and a Solidarity Feeding dining room. This research focuses on analyzing the community self-management process of the «El Tambo - Killari» project during the Covid-19 health crisis.

The main objective of this research is to evaluate the influence of project-based learning with the Arduino platform on the development of programming skills of students of the Computer Systems Engineering degree at the Universidad Privada del Norte 2023. El propósito general de este trabajo es demostrar el impacto de la gestión de la comunicación basada en PMBOK en la gestión de proyectos de TI en la empresa DIGITAL WORLD WEB Lima Perú, donde se intenta incrementar la productividad luego de aplicar la gestión de comunicación basado en el PMBOK, mejorando los índices de eficiencia y eficacia. El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad demostrar el aumento de la eficiencia en la ejecución de proyectos de instalación de suministro de gases mediante la aplicación de herramientas Lean Project y las bases del PMBOK. Los servicios en la empresa en estudio representan el 43.34% de la facturación, los cuales se ejecutan en forma de proyectos. Actualmente, la eficiencia de los proyectos se encuentra en 78.11%. The Feminist HCI is characterized as the integration of feminist theory into HCI practice, which can occur at all stages of the design process, including user research, prototyping and evaluation. However, there is still a research gap on the integration of feminism with established HCI methods. An HCI methodology that is also concerned with human values and the possible consequences of technological artifacts is Value Sensitive Design (DSV). The present work seeks to answer how to include Feminism HCI in the HCI Project with the VSD. This research took place in the context of ELLAS Project, an Open Data platform that aims to contribute to the reduction of the gender difference in STEM in Brazil, Peru and Bolivia.

The objective of the research is to determine the relationship between the directive pedagogical management and the Productive Educational Projects in the Educational Institutions of the district of Azángaro province of Yauyos - Lima, 2020. For its development, the correlational research was considered in which the link will be analyzed statistical between two variables, applying a questionnaire for each variable applied to a sample of 88 teachers, whose data collected were processed through the statistical program SPSS, in addition, Spearman's Rho was used with a margin of error of 5%.
