The objective of the research is to determine the relationship between the directive pedagogical management and the Productive Educational Projects in the Educational Institutions of the district of Azángaro province of Yauyos - Lima, 2020. For its development, the correlational  research was considered in which the link will be analyzed statistical between two variables, applying a questionnaire for each variable applied to a sample of 88 teachers, whose data collected were processed through the statistical program SPSS, in addition, Spearman's Rho was used with a margin of error of 5%. Identifica la “relación entre la gestión pedagógica directivo y el desarrollo de proyectos educativos productivos en las en las instituciones educativas del distrito de Azángaro Provincia de Yauyos – Lima, 2020”. Por ello, se direccionó como un estudio correlacional con resultados cuantitativos y de nivel explicativo, ex post facto, cuya población estuvo constituida por 105 docentes, de los cuales 88 formaron parte la muestra. Además, en la investigación se aplicó dos cuestionarios y el acta de notas, luego procesado mediante el programa estadístico SPSS. La confiabilidad de los instrumentos estuvo categorizada como alta debido al 85.6% y el 86.3%, asimismo fueron validados por tres expertos en investigación, quienes calificaron como aplicable con un porcentaje promedio de 98.33%.
