Los padres ocupan un lugar muy importante en el crecimiento de los hijos, siendo uno de los principales garantes de un adecuado logro de las diferentes tareas que los hijos enfrentan en cada etapa. Así pues, por un lado, favorecen el desarrollo saludable proveyéndoles del sostén y acompañamiento que ellos necesitan (Carver y Scheier, 1997; Kantrowitz y Springen, 2005). Por otro, actúan como factor protector ante problemas de conducta, dificultades académicas, depresión, etc. (O’Connor, 1995; McCurdy y Scherman, 1996; Klein, Forehand, Armistead, Long, 1997; Ausloos, 1998; Wittekind y Vazsonyi, 2003).

Communication for development (CfD) is a discipline that seeks to promote social change through the strategic use of media and participatory dialogue. However, there is a paucity of studies that systematically and critically analyze the social processes underlying CfD interventions and their impact on the social significance of beneficiary communities. This article presents a narrative review of the literature on CfD, with the aim of identifying the main theoretical and methodological approaches that have addressed this topic, as well as the main limitations and challenges facing research in this field. This work compare the efficiency of water treatment from Rimac river. Samples from different phases of water treatment (decanted, filtered and chlorinated) were compared with not treated samples. Coliphages quantification was made by Simple Layer and Membrane Filter methods. Most Probable Number (NMP) and Membrane Filter methods were used to assessment of Total Coliforms, Coliforms Thermotolerants and Heterotrophic Bacteria. The standard strain of E. coli C ATCC 13706 was used as coliphages host. The averages of quantified coliphages were of 2267,25 UFP/100 mL in samples with out treatment; 2,11, 2,04 and 1,07 UFP/100 mL in the water samples from decanted, filtered and chlorinated treatment respectively. The design and optimization of space, as well as visual merchandising, are techniques that impact the sale new concepts such as omnicanality and buying experience are fed by data analytics in order to describe the commercial mode; and new qualitative sources of information, among them color theory, specially help to understand and predict the impact of future decisions on the point of sale. This paper describes the utility of image processing techniques to innovate the retail market in the effort to extract useful information from advertising pieces frequently used in this sector.

El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo general proponer la metodología BPM para mejorar la gestión de compras en la empresa ACIS PROCESS SAC, Lima 2023. Como parte de la metodología de desarrollo de la propuesta se planteó utilizar la metodología BPM para diseñar el subproceso de evaluación a proveedores, diseñar el subproceso comunicación con los usuarios y Diseñar el subproceso de control de ingreso de los productos al almacén mediante la herramienta Bizagi versión 3. La elaboración de la tesis titulada “Aplicación del Business Process Management para mejorar el proceso logístico en una entidad pública, Lima 2024”, tuvo como finalidad demostrar que la aplicación Business Process Management mejora el proceso logístico en una entidad pública, Lima 2024. El cual tuvo resultados favorables en la aplicación del Business Process Management. Por ello, se concluyó que el tiempo de respuesta de recepción de pedidos mejoró de 4617 segundos a 2961 segundos, con una disminución de 1656 segundos, el cumplimiento de plazo de entrega mejoró de 86% a 95% con un incremento del 9% y por último la precisión del inventario mejoró de 92% a 98% con un incremento del 6%.

The purpose of this article is to describe the historical path of the Lima Consulate Court, between the history of maritime mercantile law and the politics of the nascent Peruvian Republic, as well as the antecedent of the independent Chamber of Commerce of Peru. The first part of the paper is concerned with explaining how maritime mercantile law developed and the contribution of Antonio de Capmany to the discipline of legal history in the context of the emergence of the Consulate Courts. The elections held in 2016 to designate both the new president and the respective congressmen were the starting point for the application of semi-structured interviews that deepened the meaning of politics by the youth population in Lima. Through the university youth discourse reflections known at the time, the statements about politics and its necessary restoration have been detailed. The consulted university youth has an active participation around the institutional change of their respective university representatives, so they visualize a different and renewed policy. In summary, it is concluded that this is an avid approach to migrate towards new ways of redesigning politics in Peru.

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar el efecto de BPM en la Administración de Pedidos en la empresa Yobel Suplly Chain Mangement, Lima. La investigación es de tipo aplicada, y se desarrolló bajo un diseño experimental de tipo pre-experimental, en el cual la muestra estuvo conformada por 78 pedidos atendidos de la empresa Yobel Supply Chain Management.
