The article provides a detailed analysis of the labor regime for artists, highlighting the specific legislation aimed at protecting their rights and benefits in Peru, represented by Decree Law 19479 and Regulatory Supreme Decree No. 010-73-TR. This legislation seeks to adapt the principles of Labor Law to the particularities and demands of the artistic sector. In this regard, the author recognizes the importance of establishing a specific legal treatment for the sector as they are considered special workers with unique needs and characteristics. The high level of labor informality affecting Peru requires drastic and immediate solutions. Mandatory banking for the payment of labor economic benefits (hereinafter referred to as banking), implemented by the State along with other complementary policies, would allow for a short-term reduction in labor informality and, additionally, would improve the quality of life for millions of people, as well as enhance the fiscal revenue and treasury. The solution hinges on political decision-making, as these would be highly unpopular measures that are, nonetheless, necessary for the viability of the country.

Objetivo: Establecer de que manera la motivación laboral influye en el desempeño laboral del personal en el banco Mibanco, agencia Huancané, 2018. Métodos: La investigación es de tipo aplicada, nivel explicativo, diseño no experimental. La población fue 23 trabajadores. La confiabilidad del instrumento se realizó mediante el coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach (0. 921). Resultados: Respecto a la motivación laboral, el 26% de los encuestados manifestaron que el banco no te reconoce por cada objetivo logrado y el 17,3% manifestó que no se sienten cómodo con el trabajo que realizan en el banco, el 21,7% menciono que no sienten que sus remuneraciones van en función a las actividades que realizas dentro del banco, asimismo no se sienten cómodo con las personas que supervisan el trabajo que realizas en el banco. El presente articulo ofrece información de los programas de capacitación implementados por los países de América Latina y el Caribe (ALC) como respuesta al desempleo que afronta los jóvenes de escasos recursos. Para ello se expone el objetivo y el alcance de los programas de capacitación laboral implementados desde la década de los 80 al presente, por diferentes gobiernos, así como los cambios en sus procesos. Para el caso Peruano se realizó un análisis documental del Programa de Capacitación Laboral Juvenil (PROJOVEN), programa promovido por el Ministerio de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo (MTPE), se abordó los resultados de investigaciones académicas de diversos autores especialmente en los procesos operativos.

The purpose of this article is to analyze the provision contained in article 49, paragraph 1), of the New Labor Procedure Law, regarding the moment in which the judge delivers the copy of the answer and its annexes to the plaintiff, granting him/her a prudential time to review the evidence, and also regarding the possible affectation to the principle of equality of arms. Este trabajo tuvo como objetivo general establecer los mecanismos para lograr una mayor eficacia en la labor congresal. Con un tipo de investigación básica descriptiva y diseño basado en la teoría fundamentada. La recolección de datos se realizó mediante el uso del cuestionario de entrevista y la guía de análisis de documentario, los que luego de validados por el juicio de tres expertos fueron aplicados a 4 abogados especialistas en derecho constitucional y 8 peruanos, los que, al ser el voto obligatorio, tienen la condición de potencial elector. Determinar si el estado de labor de parto de cesárea previa es un factor de riesgo para presentar placenta previa. Material y Método: Realizaremos un estudio de cohorte con el diseño de tipo observacional, que según el tiempo de ocurrencia será retrospectivo, según la recolección de variables en el tiempo será transversal y según el análisis de resultados será analítico. La población estudiada serán las gestantes del Hospital Regional Trujillo, quienes serán divididas en 2 grupos: cesárea previa en estado de labor de parto y cesárea previa sin labor de parto. This article analyzes the labor mobilization of Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico, as the resurgence of labor action in Mexico, based on the recovery of a labor identity and a potential for latent protest; as well as, the use of new fighting strategies and the participation of new actors, within a context of political opportunities favorable for worker participation. However, although this mobilization led to the obtaining of immediate economic demands, it was incapable of transforming the local unionism and the labor structure and culture. The article exemplifies through the National Independent Union of Industrial and Service Workers, “Movimiento 20-32” (SNITIS), considered the emblematic union of the Matamoros labor struggle, the strengths and weaknesses of the labor movilization.

This article analyzes the constitutional controversy in Peru regarding the competence of the administrative labor authorities in resolving labor disputes. Article 232 of the Constitution establishes that the justice administration is the exclusive competence of courts and tribunals, which has led to questioning the legitimacy of the administrative labor authorities to resolve labor disputes. In this context, three positions are developed: the incompetence of the labor authorities, the validity of their resolutions without the guarantee of res judicata, and the arbitral jurisdiction as an alternative.
