El objetivo de la presente investigación sobre "Determinar la relación que existe entre la instrucción del proceso militar de toma de decisiones y el conocimiento del planeamiento táctico en operaciones para los cadetes de Cuarto Año de la Escuela Militar de Chorrillos "Coronel Francisco Bolognesi", Año 2021", con el propósito de optar el Grado de Licenciado en Ciencias Militares. The judicial process followed against César Vallejo is one of the most iconic cases of our legal system, as it not only resulted in the imprisonment of our universal poet but also took place when the foundations of our penal system were being reformed. In other words, the trial was an opportunity to demonstrate that our penal system evolved from an inquisitorial to an accusatorial system. Unfortunately, the opposite proved to be true: despite the change of code, the inquisitorial assumptions were unfairly applied against our universal poet with the purpose of ensuring his imprisonment during the instructive stage of the process, that is, before the relevant oral trial to determine his innocence. In this sense, this article seeks to demonstrate how the purpose of this first stage was undermined.

The objective of the research work was to propose a teaching method that allowed the self-management of knowledge related to the zoology of invertebrates by the students of the 3rd year of the Bachelor of Education career, comparing in-person learning vs. those not in attendance. For the development of the research, information gathering and processing methods were used, which allowed us to verify the shortcomings in terms of the use and elaboration of this type of teaching medium, for the teaching-learning process from the non-face-to-face modality. In Peru, chicken is one of the most consumed foods in all regions. Due to the constant increase in population,chicken production is increasing in the country. For this reason, a food company must improve its efficiency to satisfy more customers and reduce its costs per productive unit without reducing its quality. The research can be useful to canning companies as well as companies where their machines suffer from many failures within production due to a lack of maintenance planning and worker training. The model used is based on two methodologies: 5S and TPM. These methodologies reduced the total production time per batch by 8% and improved the utilization rate by 7 percentage points. The use of these tools helped reduce corrective maintenance time and standardize processes to avoid recurring equipment failures.

Esta tesis investiga la falta de implementación del Artículo 255 inciso 2 del Texto Único Ordenado de la Ley del Procedimiento Administrativo General en el Reglamento de Aplicación de Sanciones Administrativas de la Municipalidad Distrital de Wánchaq. A través de un enfoque cualitativo, basado en entrevistas con abogados expertos en gestión municipal y derecho administrativo, se analiza cómo esta omisión afecta la administración y aplicación de justicia en la municipalidad. Technology integration in teaching people with disabilities is essential and has generated the so-called assistive technologies. Among them, digital manufacturing technologies, considered transformative, have made personalization faster and access easier and more affordable, mainly for the visually impaired. This research combines a literature review with bibliometrics to evaluate the application of digital fabrication technologies in the learning process of students with visual disabilities. Likewise, it analyzes its contribution to implementing explicit instruction, a fundamental and transversal methodology for teaching people with and without visual disabilities. It offers a multisensory educational experience and can potentially increase the number of inclusive educational spaces.
