This project is for the training of the University students of pregrado, maestrandos and Candidates for doctorate, with the modality e-Learning (Education distantly). In this first part of the project we have centred on the implementation of a virtual course of Pregrado’s Mining Metallic Analysis. El envejecimiento poblacional es un fenómeno global y particularmente acelerado en América Latina y el Caribe (ALC). Lamentablemente, aún estamos viviendo un aumento de la esperanza de vida, pero con una expansión de la discapacidad. In the present writing, the analysis, desing and implementation of the On-Line Job Section is described, which is a project comprised by the UNMSM-INDUSTRIAL PORTAL. For the development of this project, the methodology proposed by Software Engineering is used, employing up-to-date modelling and analysis tools. A documental review to provide an overview about the evaluation of implementationof e-learning beginning with the exploration in Scopus and Web of Science (WoS) from 2000 to 2015 has been carried out. It was used a methodology for analyzing scientometric with five stages: i) Recovery, ii) Migration, iii) Analysis, iv) Display and v) Interpretation. A set of 1147 records were analyzed, and, it was found that countries with the greatest contribution to research in e-learning were: the United States, Spain, UK, Australia and Germany. The study shown a range of topics related to e-learning and knowledge in different areas, but also a lack of worldwide research and Latin American authors were identified. Finally, this work will allow researchers to identify trends over the last fifteen years.

The commercial sector currently has high demands for fast and accurate delivery of orders; however, there is a trend of increasing customer dissatisfaction that directly impacts product returns; this is mainly related to the logistics process of warehouse management. Therefore, a model was developed using the Lean Warehousing methodology and analysis tools, including Poka Yoke, 5S, Standard Work, Multi-criteria ABC, and Kardex. The case study is about an SME footwear importer and trader in Peru. A model was developed to improve the underperformance of correct and on-time delivery orders (OTIF). Objectives: ethics in the research process is an issue little discussed during the undergraduate and therefore should be analyzed to prevent breaches that could affect the development of the researcher in training. Design: Retrospective observational study. Lugar: Facultad de Medicina, Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. Population: Section of the ‘introduction’ of research works conducted in 2004 in a course curriculum.
