This research aimed to implement a Peace Education Project (PEP) in a first-grade classroom of a primary school located in San Cristobal de las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico. The intervention promoted a set of prosocial competencies in students, teachers and families; for this universal and focused strategies were developed. A mixed approach was used, with evaluations before and after. Information was collected through participatory action-research. Some findings indicate that systematic PEPs in the classroom decrease violence and strengthen prosociability. There was a reduction in the school violence index from 1.12 to 1.10 and an increase in student prosociability from 3.34 to 3.70. The strategies favorably affected the maintenance of a school climate of cordiality, greater empathy, assertiveness, better management of emotions and an increase in friendship networks.

El sector textil y confecciones es una de las actividades que más contribuye en la economía. En el año 2019 aportó S/. 6,345 millones al PBI manufacturero de Perú; sin embargo, durante los últimos años este sector ha perdido participación debido a la contracción en su producción. El presente trabajo surge de la necesidad de contribuir a la mejora y desarrollo de la empresa peruana “La Confitería”, pastelería y dulcería gourmet que cuenta con cuatro sedes ubicadas en los distritos de San Isidro, Miraflores, Surco y un taller en Surquillo y con una presencia de 37 años en el mercado. El presente artículo de revisión tiene como objetivo reconocer la evolución del proceso de implementación de Oficinas de Dirección de Proyectos (PMO) y su aporte en la mejora de la gestión empresarial. The present article presents a program in MS Excel format for the calculation of the coefficient Ordinal Alpha and Armor Theta, used to quantify the reliability in ordinal response items. The construction of the commandos was made based on the polychoric correlation matrix of the program FACTOR (Lorenzo & Ferrando, 2007). The suitable use of these methods and their lack of implementation in traditional statistical packages justifies its construction like a tool for the investigator in psychology, discipline in which is common the use of Pearson correlation matrix with the limitations that this carries (it assumes that the studied variable is continuous). It is discussed the use and the limitations of the tool.

The problem posed in this investigation is that a mutual fund management company maintained traditional processes of subscription and redemption of quotas in the funds, which caused great economic inefficiencies and discontent among clients. That is why the objective of this research was to propose a proposal to improve customer service processes through the application of a digital transformation through agile methodologies such as Design Thinking and Lean Startup through quasi-experimental practical research. In this way, it was possible to increase profits and customer experience. After the implementation, it was evidenced that thanks to this, the number of AUMs and participants increased by +15% per month and +55%, since the implementation, respectively, translating, later, into higher profits for the company (+10%).

This article describes and analyses the present conditions of the application of the Public Work Tax Deduction (PWTD) mechanism, identifying six main obstacles that difficult on a appreciable way his concrete implementation or the rate of it.For this purpose, this study has identify and analyze the 30 main highlights that conform the critical path of PWTD process, determining the actual times for his performance and comparing them with the legal times established on the PWTD actual law, and so with the optimal times reasonably according with the experience on the public management of similar work projects.

The article presents the general outlines of a proposal to reform the SPP that has as its central objective the welfare of workers and as a secondary objective, the development of the capital market. Objective: The present study addresses the need and importance of obstetric ultrasound counseling as an integral part of the prenatal care process from the perspective of specialized obstetricians. Material and methods: Using a qualitative design with a phenomenological approach, three obstetricians with a master's degree from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos were interviewed. The interviews were conducted between November and December 2023, using a semi-structured guide with ten open questions to explore three categories of analysis: the need and importance of counseling, its characteristics, and the role of the obstetrician in its implementation. Objective: to systematize the implementation of procedures and decision-making of the perinatal specialist nurse, towards the community that attends the Concentrated Rural Health Center of Tepetitla de la Lardizabal, Tlaxcala for counseling in sexual and reproductive health.
