This paper raises the need of strengthen the Peruvian regulation related to guaranteeing the right to mental health, as one of the components of the right to health, taking into consideration the social and legal implications of the pandemic COVID 19. To aim this objective, the authors identify the most important features of this right at the international, constitutional level and good regional practices for its protection.

El sobrepeso y la obesidad son problemas de salud pública alcanzando una alta prevalencia entre niños y adolescentes en los países desarrollados y subdesarrollados, el objetivo es determinar la relación que existe entre los factores sociodemográfico y el sobrepeso en niños de 3 a 5 años, se utilizó estudio de método descriptivo, diseño correlacional tipo cuantitativo, la muestra utilizada fue de 100 niños, para la recolección de datos se utilizó como instrumento un cuestionario de 28 ítems, con el cual se midieron las variables de estudio; para el análisis de los datos, se utilizó el programa spss versión 21, con resultado en el factor sociodemográfico el 42% presenta nivel medio y el 26% un nivel bajo, que en cuanto a la presencia de sobrepeso el 41% presenta un nivel medio y el 24% nivel bajo. Childhood obesity is one of the nutritional problems with increasing numbers nationwide, related to the availability and proximity of foods high in fat and sugar such as those found at children's parties. There is a need to improve eating habits in boys and girls, as well as to have healthy options on the market aimed at children's parties. Maternal mortality is a major public health problem in Peru and other developing countries. This problem does not only mean the deaths of hundreds of thousands of women each year, but that has as one of its effects the mortality rate among children of these women and expresses the deep inequalities between countries and within them, between regions, social classes and géneros1. There is growing consensus on the basic strategies to successfully address this situation. However, it is crucial to identify the unique characteristics of maternal mortality in each country and, within them, in each region. From a program management perspective, the relationship between supply and demand for services is a key to understanding the patterns of maternal mortality and conclude prioritization decisions and planning element.

This paper is aimed to analyze the strong link that exists between the implementation of appropriate measures to care for the mental health of workers in the workplace and the effective compliance by employers with guaranteeing a safe and healthy environment in all work centers. We have described in healthy adult subjects, in infants and in many patients the pathology, an oscillation of the two types of bilirubin in the blood twenty-four hours. This oscillation has periods of accumulation and excretion other, each of them, and is now expected to occur in cycles. We observed that the oscillation is influenced by sleep, food or physical effort. The results of the overcharging test of bilirubin are directly influenced by the cycle time of bilirubinemia; appearing even in normal subjects, inadequate testing, if implemented in periods of accumulation of bilirubin in the blood. One of the most critical stages to reinforce these new habits is during childhood; however, due to the changes that are taking place at contextual and technological level, the university stage is also considered as a critical stage for the human being. Issues such as stress are somehow soothed by certain personality features and by habits acquired during childhood. However, it is important to be able to set up a study to identify more factors that intervene in this problem and, in turn, find prevention methods in order to foster healthy eating behaviors in the students.
